You would never get the fast response from maintenance anywhere other than the Villas. It was prompt and efficient. The light fixtures were replaced in both the kitchen and the dining room and they are operating perfectly. Thank you, Paul and Team!

We generally had a great experience in the beginning of the stay 7 years ago. However, over the last several years the cleanliness of the building has deteriorated. My appliances specifically the dryer had never been looked at and was running hotter, but they did not think it was an issue. Even when I reported in ran for several hours and did not shut off. The elevator in our building was not working for almost 8 weeks leaving people like my mother who is wheelchair bound to miss many doctor appointments. People on the 4th floor carried groceries up the stairs for weeks and many are elderly and paying a high rent.
The staff in the office have always been great to work with except when you have an issue.

If I could leave 0 stars for this complex, I would. Our apartment flooded due to a maintenance error from the plumber in April. During the remediation process, they were ripping up the floors and walls and there was visible black mold on our baseboards. The landlords are ensuring us that the apartment was safe to live in and there was no need for us to rent a hotel for the 10 days they were remediating (not to mention one of the tenants was in the emergency room with pneumonia and had a doctor's note stating he could not stay in that apartment). They also weren't going to replace our carpets until we sent them pictures and videos of black mold growing on them.Fast forward 8 months- I've tested positive for high levels of mold exposure and my other roommate is sick with pneumonia for a SECOND time since the flood. We won a small claims court case to be reimbursed for the expenses we incurred during the flood; however, the property management company refuses to allow us to break the lease and move out. We feel unsafe living in our apartment due to the inconsideration of the management team, the stress we've been under because of the flood, and now the health issues two of the three tenants have been facing. When things are going good, it's a great apartment to live at. Whenever there is an issue, expect a week and multiple calls and emails to get a response, and the response you will get is never helpful or looks out for your best interest. From personal experience, I encourage you to rent elsewhere if you're able to.

Our entire apartment flooded due to an error from the maintenance team after a routine toilet service. The property management company refused to replace the carpets until there was visible black mold. We were forced to vacate the apartment while they replaces the entire floors and the first foot of drywall. The property management company refused to reimburse us for a hotel, even though our lease clearly states that they are responsible for relocation costs if damage is their fault. They also denied us compensation for our water bill and electric bill which were inflated due to the excess water used during the flood and the excess electricity used by industrial fans and a dehumidifier during remediation. We were told we could return home a week later. On the day we were promised to return, we did not hear a word all day and returned to find our apartment still in disarray. Every surface was covered in dust, personal property was left in the common hallway, our back door was unlocked, our toilet was disconnected, and tools were left everywhere. We were forced to find last minute accomodations for the night. To top it off, the management team was unresponsive and rude in every exchange. After almost a year of back and forth, we took the property management company to court and won our case against them. One tenant tested positive for mold exposure linked to property damage due to water. We then asked to be let out of our lease due to the unnecessary stress caused by the entire situation, the unfair treatment from the property management company, and mold exposure. The property management company refused to let us out of our lease after ALL of this. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and offers many amenities but all of them are rendered useless due to the abhorrent management.
