Each trip is better than the last. I glitched out on making the reservation and made it for same day. Checked it and they were more than gracious giving me the original date I wanted without charge. What a wonderful stay. I had a clean room with nice decor, pristine bedding, a Nepresso machine, hair dryer, nice T.V., WIFI, soap, shampoo, lotion, 2 snack bags, 2 chocolates and 2 tonics. It's right in the middle of funky and and family owned shops and wonderful restaurants. Delphine's is worth the walk across the street for breakfast and their artisanal crepes. My room was blowing a gold standard (changeable) 60 blessed degrees on my hot flashes. Stretching out on a very comfortable bed, my princess/pea back issues (which cost my insurance more than any real estate I've ever purchased) knows a nice mattress. How did I manage to raise a son cannier than myself to have moved here? The only negative was the paid parking, and I had to drag myself out of bed to feed the meter at 8 a.m., which seems to be a new Beverly rule. P.S. They let employees bring in their young children and dogs, which brings my review up to 5+ stars. Supportive employers = excellent customer service and happy people.

Myself, my daughter and her friend stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience! Very clean and relaxing place. I appreciated the safety of the lodge with keycard entry at the building entrance since I was personally traveling as a single female with my daughter as a first time trip to MA. The surrounding area was very charming with shops and eats with easy walking access. All of these combined with a very friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay! Will be back again if I'm in town!

Bed was comfortable, but we reserved a room for three, and the room we got certainly didn't make it it easy. The bathroom doors we frosted about 2/3 way up, and then just clear, it was noisy and we could hear the people staying next to us, there were only around 10 square feet to walk in (very narrow), and the "loft bed" was very high up on top of the bathroom (so high up that there was little space between the bed and the ceiling). However, the location was convenient and complimentary snacks were provided.

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Beverly. There's inexpensive parking just down the street and you're close to many local attractions. The room we stayed in was small, but very well thought out and efficient: shelves and hooks rather than large chests. The one improvement I would suggest would be a small (dormitory sized, even) refrigerator. (You need somewhere to stash the champagne, right?!) There was a small basket of amenities (seltzer water, chips, cookies) which was a nice touch.

The Cabot Lodge is a family owned business that knows what they're doing. They have been able to mix the warmth and friendliness from their staff that resembles the kind of hospitality that you would receive at a B&B, but with the quality of a hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and don't have a single complaint. - Great Location-VERY clean- Responsive and attentive staff - Privacy To top it off, we were going to Salem for Haunted Happenings + celebrating my friend Carly's birthday and for an extra charge of $50 they had a birthday basket made for her. It's details like this that truly made our stay special.

Absolutely fantastic little hidden gem. Clean room and super convenient location. Live the feel of this historic little 11 room hotel. Prefer this to any large chain hotel any time. Highly recommend.

This place is tiny but so cozy, clean, and well-designed! At first we were a little nervous about how two people + my giant pregnant belly would manage to get ready for a wedding in that tiny bathroom and outside-the-bathroom sink, but all of the carefully planned shelving and inconspicuous storage made it surprisingly easy. Bed was heaven. Location is also great. I had one of the best breakfasts of my life at the diner across the street.A couple tips:- Request a room towards the front of the hotel. We were next to the back door and it slammed like crazy every few minutes in the afternoon as they were cleaning. The staff graciously offered to move us but we were already settled. - Make sure you have the Bluetooth setup ready to go or check in before 5pm. We couldn't get ours to work and we're stranded for a little bit. Again though, staff was quick to respond.

Awesome boutique hotel right on Cabot St. Great place to stay if your seeing a show at the Cabot Theater (as we were..) First off... the rooms are cozy.. which is a marketers way of saying small(as expected and advertised)... barely more than a bed w a bath... but very nicely appointed and spotlessly clean!! New fixtures, and the bed was super comfy!! I like the touch switch on the mirror for the light!. We didn't use the common spaces, but if you need some room to sit, it was charming and comfy. It's obvious they have followed up on earlier reviews (I loved a business that learns from it's experience). The snack basket and Perrier was a very nice touch, as were the chocolates. the white noise machine mitigated any outside sound, we both slept well into the morning. Now for the 5 + star treatment. I forgot a shirt in the room, and the manager Rachael, reached out by email, and was even willing to drop it off a couple doors down at a friends business. This kind of value added service is the above and beyond that makes a hospitality business successful... a marvelous stay, and we look forward to the next show at the Cabot Theater, staying at the Cabot Lodge!!
