The exam was great, very personable. deducted 2 stars because they over charge on the glasses and signed me up for insurance without asking me. Nickel and dime you to death. Just get the prescription and get your glasses elsewhere.

I had such a great experience here. I’m typically hesitant about chains but everyone I interacted with from start to finish was SO nice and informative, answering all my Q’s, and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr Melanie Macbeth is a wonderful optometrist. My eyes are a bit complicated, but she took her time to make sure that the prescription was correct. And she really listened to me. I’m so glad that she’s my eye doctor.
