Avoid at all costs.This is a business that is surprisingly abusive to their customers.Most importantly, they refuse to work with the customer asking for any flexibility. They could not be less caring or interested. Imagine if a pharmacy chose such an approach whenever someone came in to pick up medication.Also important is that they force the customers to disclose all of their personally identifiable information. Then they use it freely and without permission to spam their customers. Their behavior is inexcusable.It matters how a business behaves. This manager has a lot of room for his improvement.

Great experience getting our knives sharpened. Very knowledgeable staff and everything was as expected and on time. Store also has a great selection of high end knives.

What amazing service the Local Root offers for knife sharpening. I had a favorite knife that got used as a cleaver and the blade was damaged to the point I thought we might need to toss it out. Brought it to the local root and was repaired to just like new! Thanks so much for awesome service!

Took 3 nice knives to be sharpened—they did a great job and they also buffed out a sharp and melted part of one handle, where a knife had been left on a hot stovetop (without me mentioning it). 10/10

We had several of our knives sharpened here. Easy drop off/pickup process, reasonable prices, quality work. Very worth it! Keep your knives sharp people!
