It was easy and staff were very very friendly. I had trouble depositing on my phone. I made my trip to Belmont location EBSB. Jim took care of me in a very friendly manner. They are one of the best banks who will take very good care of their customers ! (I am currently switching my main bank to EBSB from BOA)
