Very friendly and very helpful, I believe the employee’s name was Davidson. They didn’t have the euros I needed to exchange, but called the appropriate bank and made sure they had enough.

This is an excellent Chase branch.I received a warm welcome the moment I stepped in. Even though the counters were currently occupied by other customers, Ryan came out from his office to assist me in the lobby.All of the staff during my visit were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and helped me complete everything that I came in for in under ten minutes.Among the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a major bank’s branch.

Banks have a responsibility to the community and the people beyond financial services. Chase Bank is letting the world down. Chase is a major funder of fossil fuel projects that are destroying our planet and our future. It is time for Chase to be a good steward and invest in only renewable energy technology.

Chase continues to invest in the fossil fuel industry, which is actively destroying the planet. They have the power to divest from fossil fuels, which would aid in minimizing the destruction caused by climate change, but they shown no initiative or motivation to do so.
