Staples in Bellingham always has the products I am looking for in an easy-to-find system. The staff is outstanding! The cashiers have been stellar about helping me learn the app and the new rewards system. I always leave Staples smiling.

Over the years, it has been a pleasure to purchase what I need at staples--toner for our computers, annual desk and pocket calendars, paper, printing, etc. The staff has always been helpful when I have difficulty finding something. I would say that when it comes to needing things, Staples is my staple store!

Poor customer service I was struggling to use printer for over 45 minutes asked twice for assistance before she rolled her eyes at me and sent someone else. Save your money and try a different location. Wasted time and money do NOT recommend.

I took time to give review! Did not want to judge anyone! But it’s really frustrating to see poor customer service at this place compared to other staples location! Looks like the employees aren’t happy with their job!

Was helped by an associate named Charlie. This is what customer service should be about! Doing the most to make it right for the customer.
The store is pretty clean with other associates ready to help. Charlie helped me with my online order so I can use my coupon. Truly excellent!

I had a great visit today, Fallon was such a great cashier. We had a great conversation, and she was super friendly. The rest of the team were all in high spirits and really helpful too. I found everything I needed.

The cashier was slow & didn’t seem to know what to do. Not only were there no bags, there wasn’t any paper for receipt. Was very disappointed. Will not shop this store again.
