I would give 10 stars. Cindy & Patricia were amazing. They went above and beyond to address our needs and the pedicure was phenomenal. Love this place and recommend to all looking for a super experience.

I love CUTE NAIL Salon… the salon is always spotless even if its busy…
Sometimes I walk in, without an appointment and wait for the next available technician. You can’t go wrong, they all do an amazing job. Today I had a scheduled pedicure appointment with Patricia and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had.
She was so thorough.
I totally recommend CUTE NAILS!

The girls at the salon are all very nice and friendly. They always make sure that you're happy with the option you choose. I would strongly recommend Cute Nails in Milford.
Requested style: I do Acrilics and they always look good.
Cleanliness: The salon is always clean. They clean their station as soon as they finish with a client, and the pedicure stations are cleaned and sanitized after every use.
Stylist: Shirley (the owner) does my nails, but they're all great.

This place is second to none one of the best places I’ve ever been to since moving to Massachusetts from New York!!!! My fingers and toes have never looked so good and lasted so long and the prices are super reasonable. The staff is professional, polite and caring and it’s not about the money it’s about the quality which is very refreshing.

It took me a while to decide to write this review. I had been a customer for a while (about 6+ visits a year) always happy until this last experience. I booked an appointment- Tina was late. ( about 20minute) Ok that happens. I was waiting patiently. I had booked a French gel nails for a special event. I had never done gel before Tina said she didn't have time. ( even though I was scheduled) so I went with a basic manicure. She then proceeded to rush me along and used the drill on my natural nails- I questioned it because we switched to regular manicure. She said "it was the fastest way." I understand that you buff the shine off natural nails to do gel so they stay longer but never have I had anyone do that to natural nails for a basic manicure. My nails are ruined- paper thin and brittle. She was running late, rushed my appointment, didn't give me the service I scheduled, ruined my nails just so she could get back on schedule. Obviously this customer wasn't as important as her next.

I visited recently for the first time. The end result is my toes and nails look great! It's too soon to tell if my gel nails will chip and flake early (as has been the case at other places recently). Tina did both and she was friendly, careful and conscientious. This salon seems to be about $15 more for both mani and pedi but since they look so good, that's ok. I would reccomend Cute Nails/Tina! I do have some notes on things I didn't love. They clean the pedi tubs but I think I'd feel better with disposable liners. And I didn't feel that my feet felt clean after because all the dead skin she took off my heels just floated around and felt icky in the water. It may not be an issue for others who just have a normal scrubbing of the heels. I wish they used a slightly more abrasive scrub. And, with my gel mani I did not feel like she cleaned under my nails and she did not have me wash my hands in the mid So yes these things bother me a little, I think the end result was good.
