Most of the produce is already rotten and the meats! Forget about it! Brown, always due that day or day after. Boxed and frozen items are fine.

This was a great experience. I was able to stop in and find what I was looking for easily. The staff here were very friendly and professional. The isles were wide enough for plenty of people to look at what was offered. Parking was convenient with a large lot right outside. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

Absolutely worst customer service store of all stores i have been in. People will ignore you, joke around with each other in little groups and not help the customer. Being this is one of the most expensive stores for food around, you would think that they could hire good people.

Went just before dinner time and there was one (1) actually manned checkout lane open forcing the majority of shoppers to use the self checkout lane. Not only was the machine barking orders at you, the poor lady in front of me apologized that she wasn't going fast enough. Then, when the extremely finicky machine flagged an error TWICE an employee scolded me as if I was doing something wrong.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS that we have to do that work for FREE but also that we are berated and belittled during the entire process.

This Stop & Shop is always clean and organized. The staff are always helpful. I always find what I’m looking for. The prices are a little high but I guess that’s everywhere.

Checking out @ the self checkout and had a question regarding a item that was supposed to be on sale and a older women by the name of Carol was extremely insolent towards me!! I could not get over her behavior!! She definitely needs to take a course in human relations. WE ALL HAVE PERSONAL PROBLEMS IN OUR LIVES BUT LETS NOT TAKE IT OUT ON A CUSTOMER. I'm not out to get anybody job just someone needs to enlighten her to the fact that it is bad customer service

1 Star because you can not give less. Prices high, meat looks gray and old, items on shelf out of date.
