“I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. Yesterday it happened again. None of the issues were the fault of the bank.Jordan greets me with a huge smile and ALWAYS makes me feel like it’s okay. She corrects whatever I need done and supports me throughout. She explains whatever needs explaining, clearly and professionally. Each and every time I am grateful and appreciate her and the professionalism she displays. I hope she knows that it’s these kinds of interactions that stand for a brand. This means more to me than anything.Thank you Jordan!!!”

“The people there are very nice, accommodating, helpful, the office is inviting and they listen to any problem you have then try to come up with a solution, I have been with them for years, They are strict on the loans they make, only make loans that are safe for all who do business with them and that is a good thing because you know your money is safe in their bank, this is not your everyday conglomerate bank, it is a bank you want to do business with”

“Special shout-out to Yanelis and Rachel during my visit. I have been a Citizens' Bank account holder for years and the staff is always great. This particular time around I had rolled TEN ROLLS OF PENNIES and was unsure if the bank would take them. Yanelis not only welcomed me warmly and made me feel appreciated, but she took the rolls and offered to deposit the funds or cash them in for bills, but Rachel immediately gave me the cash and they did not count the hundreds of pennies. I was very pleased that this service was given to me. They also told me to bring the rest of my pennies in and would look forward to seeing me again in the future for more visits. It is very nice to see such treatment. I hope the branch stays open in the store. You will love the treatment you get there, so CITIZEN'S BANK PLEASE KEEP THAT BRANCH IN STOP&SHOP OPEN SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO GET THE GREAT SERVICE THAT YANELIS AND RACHEL GAVE!”

“In the past I have had great customer service here but today was a slap in the face. Pulled in a few minutes before closing because I was running behind to cash a check and as I’m getting out of my vehicle to go inside they rush out the door to lock it and run back in. You would think they could take the two seconds to help a customer.Edit 06/24/2020I would like to update this review to reflect the fact that I received a very nice and apologetic call from Patty. It says a lot to a customer that she took the time out of her day to call and hear what they had to say.”

“Best service I've had yet in MA. Found this place on Yelp, not from the area and seems like everyone there knows each other. Really good community. My two waitresses were beyond perfect, food was amazing, can't make this up! Good food and great great staff. Will be back!”

They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of banking and can answer every question you have in a way that you can understand too. They are also very flexible and willing to work with you if an issues should arise to solve it as quickly as possible so you can get back to your regular banking.”
