Special shout-out to Yanelis and Rachel during my visit. I have been a Citizens' Bank account holder for years and the staff is always great. This particular time around I had rolled TEN ROLLS OF PENNIES and was unsure if the bank would take them. Yanelis not only welcomed me warmly and made me feel appreciated, but she took the rolls and offered to deposit the funds or cash them in for bills, but Rachel immediately gave me the cash and they did not count the hundreds of pennies. I was very pleased that this service was given to me. They also told me to bring the rest of my pennies in and would look forward to seeing me again in the future for more visits. It is very nice to see such treatment. I hope the branch stays open in the store. You will love the treatment you get there, so CITIZEN'S BANK PLEASE KEEP THAT BRANCH IN STOP&SHOP OPEN SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO GET THE GREAT SERVICE THAT YANELIS AND RACHEL GAVE!

The ATM at citizens bank is located inside Stop & Shop. The ATM IS NOT opened 24 hours a day!

All of the people that work here are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to assist. They have helped me with notary public things. Highly recommended.

I am diabetic. I went the Belchertown location of citizens bank because I was having an overdraft line of credit issue. My blood sugar dropped and I claimed something that was not true about my account. I don't know if anyone knows what it is like to have very low blood sugar but it us easily to be confused. Its not up to tge staff to know I have it, but they didn't have to l laugh at me and taunt me. I recommend another bank.
