Negotiate your lease!!!I was offered to renew for $3000 per month, a $200 increase. I understand that, inflation. I was about to leave anyway. I handed in my notice to vacate. Then the apartment was listed on their website for $2900. Very dishonest! If you do want to stay, remember to negotiate your lease!

I’ve lived at The Village at Taylor Pond for about 12 years. I moved here with my then, boyfriend about a year after graduating from college. Flash forward to 2023, we are now married with 2 children. Taylor Pond quickly became home to us. We love the peaceful family friendly property (walking trails, dog park, playground, quiet streets to ride your bikes on, etc). We have seen a handful of staff throughout the years and while they’ve always been warm and welcoming, the current staff has gone above and beyond to make sure their residents have everything they need. Maintenance (currently: Sadi) always waves hello to us in passing and is so sweet to our children. He is quick and efficient with anything we need fixed. The management team, especially Arthur have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. My daughter enjoys coming off the bus and running to Arthur’s office to ask a “math question of the day”. I recently mentioned that we had a few trees blocking our windows. It was something I said in passing, but Arthur was quick to find a solution and worked with the grounds crew the next time they were here to trim them which allowed more light into our home. We also love the newly updated amenities, freshly painted halls, and new carpeting throughout the buildings. Taylor Pond is a very well maintained and respected community. It is extremely family friendly and just such a great place to live if you’re looking to rent in Bedford!

As a vendor, The Village at Taylor Pond is an outstanding place to work with. The staff is very friendly and always available to attend to our needs to get the job done in a speedy manner. The staff is also exceptional in being attentive to the quality and speediness of the work, which also matches our style, and creates a pleasing place for residents. We highly recommend the property not only as place to live, but also as a partner to work with.

I am encouraging all residents of Taylor Pond Lane here in Bedford MA to write to corporate leadership in regards to breach of leasing contracts. As part of the lease here at The Villages at Taylor Pond, there is an expectation that all amenities are to be available for tenant use. Reasonable time for repairs has been exceeded in terms of the repairs to be completed at the Fitness Center, Theatre, and Clubhouse. It has been 9 months since any access to these amenities that are included in all lease contracts. Now with this most recent closing of the pool area, during the most popular summer holiday weekend of the year, it is clear that Bozzuto Management needs to be held accountable to their failures to abide by their contractual obligations

Its unfortunate that I have to write this but I don’t know what else will getBozzuto’s attention. Taylor Pond is a great community, however, the management company has failed to keep the amenities operational. The gym, common area, and theatre have been out of commission since September 2022 and was promised it would be completed by December 2022. It has now been about 9 months. Just today, they announced the pool would be closed down indefinitely. It’s too bad because they have a great staff and maintenance crew.

I can’t say enough positive things about the Village at Taylor Pond and the people who work there. My family just relocated states and were sad to leave the community. Arthur is incredibly responsive, considerate, and personable. He always ensured that we felt heard and valued. Bryan leading the maintenance team is phenomenal and friendly. Any concerns were addressed quickly and successfully. The apartment units are updated and spacious. There is a playground for kids, a dog park, and a walking path. The gym and movie theater had been closed for a few months before we moved, but should be opening again soon. This community is safe, accepting, and overall a great place to live.

Overall, I have had a great experience here. Management and maintenance are top notch. My one complaint would be that the renovations have taken an absurd amount of time to complete. The gym was closed for renovations on October 3rd, 2022 with a projected reopening date in 3-4 months (this was written in the email sent out to residents a few weeks before renovations started). We are now wrapping up month 7 and there’s no projected reopening date for the gym or any of the amenity areas under construction. I’ve had to pay to take a gym membership elsewhere. It’s extra money I don’t want to be spending, especially when these amenities are supposed to be on site. The whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. I do look forward to these spaces reopening soon and I know they will look fabulous once complete!Aside from the amenities being closed for so long, I don’t have one bad thing I can say about this community. I have been very fortunate to live here for many years!

This is a wonderful place to live! It's lovely indoors and out & great care is taken to maintain its fresh and inviting decor. The staff is always gracious, quickly respond to concerns or questions & sometimes go above & beyond. The longest I've waited for maintenance is 1 day, often same day or immediate. Lots of community space for movies, parties & periodic resident events. In the 5 yrs I've lived here I've never had a complaint. I consider myself very fortunate to be living here.

I’ve lived here for 8 years. They are very dog friendly and love to do things for their tenants. My favorite event is outside movie night! Arthur, the property manager, is one of the most attentive and kind people out there. He cares about the tenants and he is always so friendly. They all are wonderful at the office. If you are looking for a peaceful environment to raise you family or just enjoy some wonderful amenity's definitely recommend.
