Michael and his son are truly wonderful. His kiosk at the Cape Cod Mall is full of wonderful jewelry and watches. I have purchased several chains/necklaces and have always been thrilled with the products and service.

I didn't know what to expect when I blindly walked into the mall looking for some place to have ornaments engraved. Michael was courteous, helpful, professional and skilled! In just a few hours I had the four ornaments engraved for my adult children - I had this gift in mind for over twenty years when I originally bought them! I recommend MOST highly!

I feel I need to give a GLOWING review for Michael at Pro jewelers in the Cape Cod Mall. He replaced two watches within 15 minutes. Both were extremely reasonable. He even went so far as to fix a loose clasp. I was laughing with him because I had I wanted him to do it but I had forgotten to ask. When i picked up my watch, he had done it already for me. He is extremely lovely and professional. If you need a watch battery fixed, or a jewelry repair, go see Michael!

I bought a nice watch... not a super nice watch, but nice to me. I have a nice pen, too. I dropped the pen on the floor of my truck between the seat and the console. I reached down to get it, and when pulling my hand back out, the watch caught on something and I broke the clasp. Not badly, but enough so that the watch would loosen throughout the course of the day. The manufacturer wanted me to send it to them. Not send ME a new clasp, but send THEM the whole damn watch, have them look at it, determine if it was covered under warranty, fix the broken part or replace it, and then send the watch back to me. A process that could take as long as two months. I asked if I could just buy a new clasp and they could send it to me. They would not. I then went to Pro Jewelers. I handed the watch over the counter to Michael, and told him what happened. He looked at it and near-instantly determined that I had bent a pin. He then took out a tool and repaired it in a matter of seconds, fitted the watch to my wrist, and asked me how it felt. It felt like he did a great job! it felt like my watch was back on my wrist after a few minutes, rather than a few months. It felt like that's the reason this guy is still in business after years in an overpriced kiosk in a mall where huge corporations have trouble making it. I took my wallet out to pay and he simply said, "No charge, tell people about me." So that is what I'm doing. And, I feel that I need to add that in a world of Internet sales and 1-800-service numbers, having someone look you in the eye, shake your hand, and smile is something that we will miss when it's gone. This place still has that. I'll be back.

I had a wonderful experience with Michael in so many ways. Plan to use him again and would recommend him to anybody. First, he is a true professional and craftsman. It was obvious upon meeting him he is incredibly knowledgeable. He has decades of experience. He resized an engagement ring I had just purchased. The work was flawless. Also, he did in in two hours! I had spoken to other jewelers who had said it would take 1-2 weeks. Also, and equally as important, he was incredibly genuine, kind and friendly.

The owner took care of 2 rings, reshaping them and polishing them to a brightness, I’ve never seen even when they were brand new. He also performed the work in quicker than the average jeweler. This is my 2nd time using his service and I will make the trip from Boston to Hyannis again and again for my jewelry maintenance needs.

Great sense of humor, extremely fast turn around. I came with my G-Shock needing a new battery as I tried to do it myself and it's too complicated and fragile especially if you don't have experience with watch internals.They had my batteries swapped out in under 10 mins, the real trick was trying to align the Analog Hands to match eith the digital time display.10/10 best customer service for battery replacment!

So glad I found Pro Jewelers online - they deserve all the great reviews! Walk past the big box stores in the mall and find Michael at his kiosk, well worth it. He discovered that someone had removed the tiny screw inside my watch, near where the battery goes, and took the time to replace it and the battery for me. If I'd brought the watch to one store closer to me in Plymouth I was told I'd have to leave it, they couldn't do it while I waited, but Michael, not only did he replace the battery while I waited, he basically repaired the watch as well. Terrific service and all with a nice banter and smile. Worth the trip to the Cape Cod Mall to find him!

The name says it all pro jewelers .probably the most honest man in the mall .you can't beat his prices and most of all the quality of the gold and silver is excellent .I've been buying my wife's birthday and Christmas presents here for years and she loves it .

Michael and his team at Pro Jewelers are absolutely top notch. The work they did on an old beat up watch of mine was absolutely incredible, I could not believe it when I saw my watch when they were done with it. They had a new crystal installed, as well as advised me to look on ebay for a replacement bracelet which to my surprise was able to find. They have also done watch batteries for me, I wouldn't take my watches to any one else. Highly recommend them for any watch repair you need.
