If you need a new laptop, ask for Jonathon. He has a ton of experience as a Geek Squad tech and he knows the products really well. He won't upsell you on things you can't afford and do not need - which is nice.

I was assaulted by the general manager at Best Buy while trying to get my order. Well, he Claimed to be the general manager. I was cussed (sweared at) numerous times. Manager pushed his arm/elbow against me and intentionally tried slamming door with keys in it jamming my side and hitting my foot… because I said what the f word in regards to getting my order (not directly to her) the first girl that gave attitude and said I can’t keep ringing doorbell. I waited like 10 min at least so I thought no one heard. This matter should be taken seriously! He not only kept using cuss words at me many times while he was telling me not to cuss. He cussed more than I did!! Also, physically assaulted me!! And tired telling me I can’t go there when he can do much worse than what I did and he’s a general manager!?! I don’t think he’s legally allowed to do this!!

Had a terrible experience at the Verizon store across the street trying to get a new phone. Went to this Best Buy and they went above and beyond to help us, despite how busy they were. Great experience!

There is a lot of security in the store. But they had a great price on our 65 inch TV. Service was good. And very helpful was bringing the TV to the vehicle.

Better to buy online through Jeff Bezos's platform, as you will at least ensure timely delivery. It's a shame that Best Buy's reputation is declining like this.

I bought a new watch in the fall and the service I received was what you might expect in a high end jewelry store. Today I went back with an issue I caused. Once again I was treated with efficient service and much patience when dealing with a tech challenged senior.
I love Best Buy!

BEWARE!!! Multiple people (read the reviews on any item) have had issues with buying brand new appliances that have died within a year!! Our stove was delivered, setup, and defective so they replaced it. Problem is, they had to do a full return on the old appliance for their accounting purposes and accidentally removed our warranty from the new order!!! So we lost $1000 at no fault of our own, and they refuse to even hear you out nevermind rectify their major mistake. Never buy appliances here - they do not stand behind their products!

Parking was easy and with a couple of quick questions I found an employee who knew where the cables I was looking for could be found. I only needed a 6' cable, which their website said they had in stock. The inventory was incorrect. However, they did have a 12' version of the cable that served my needs, though it did cost me a few dollars more.

Couldn't get our order delivered in time, and they never picked up our call. They just routed all of our attempts to contact them to their customer service line, somewhere in Asia. They made zero effort to help, and, in the end, we weren't able to get our product within the window that we needed it. We'll likely have to return it, and I've never come across so many adults who were unwilling to take any form of responsibility. It was pathetic.
