Walked into the showroom on a Saturday afternoon not realizing they would be closing in about 1/2 hour. I didn’t need much time, just wanted to see if what was looking for was on display. Apparently the salesperson didn’t care for my looks because she was extremely rude and very short when I told her what I was looking for. It’s bathroom equipment. Explain to your salespeople that they are no better than anyone else.

Doing 2 bathrooms over. First visit we met with Corrine and she was great however, went back the next week and wanted to meet with Corrine again, after standing around for over 20 mins (Corrine was at lunch) I asked if someone could help me.... At this time Melissa says she can help me, we looked at a couple items in the showroom (maybe 3 mins) went back to her desk, she never asked me what my budget was, showed me 1 collection, at this point Corrine comes in, doesn't recognize me (my hair was up) then Corrine says oh hi I didn't recognize you.... at this point, in my opinion, Melissa should've passed me over to Corrine, but that wasn't done. After 1.5 hours of sitting with Melissa, she tells me the total for my kids bathroom- the total was more than what we paid for the master bathroom, which we got in matte black and the 2nd bathroom was chrome! I expressed my concern about the price and said why wouldn't I just get the same exact stuff that we got for the master but in chrome as it would've been less. This is when Melissa should've taken the time to let me go and tell me she would price out the same stuff but in chrome, but apparently she doesn't have the ability to think outside of the box!!!! From there nightmare after nightmare with the order. At one point I called the showroom at 4:52 on a Weds to explain something we received was incorrect and the person who answered the phone said "Really, it's 5 mins before we're closing!!! What??? Ok I don't care what time it is, we have a problem... More and more issues continued, Melissa's communication was HORRIBLE, reached out to Corrine to see if she could jump in but NOPE! Then forced to speak with the Showroom manager, Kelly, who again was not very helpful and then asked for her supervisor, who is Ryan Millikan. Ryan TRIED to help me and explained to me SEVERAL times that he spoke to Melissa about her communication and customer service skills with me. Ryan stated "this is not how we want your experience should be". All I have to say is there is A LOT of work to be done there to provide better customer service and an overall better experience instead of saying "Melissa has only been here a year and is still learning". If that's the case, someone needs to sit with her and make sure things are being done correctly to avoid the experience we've had!!!! THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE IS BEYOND FRUSTATING!!!

A very large showroom with a wide selection of plumbing fixtures for kitchens and baths, lighting, and some cabinets. Very helpful displays and staff.

Great showroom. Wonderful staff,, Excellent array of choices for bath and kitchen. Can be pricey / (do have contractors grade available if you ask) but lifetime guaranteed. And great quality ..And you get what you pay for!

They have a great show room with live fixtures so you can get a good feel of how they look and perform. Staff is friendly and very educated in all the products, ready to work with you in getting what you need.

Very dissapointed with them. The woman that we dealt with was very helpful during the first visit to scope out our bathroom remodel. Second visit we nailed down our plumbing and shower glass and received a written quote. Went downhill from there. When we were ready to order the plumbing she told us she would call when the order was ready. She did not call me.so I called her again after leaving a voicemail that she did not return. She said she did not get the voicemail. I gave the benefit of the doubt. She then said the order was ready for me to pick it up. When I got there (an hour drive) the order was not there and I was directed to the warehouse with all the tradespeople to have the order "picked". Ok At least the order was correct. The glass is the last thing to go in, so when the tile and plumbing was in, I called again to start the glass order which was already quoted. She was not there that day, so I asked for someone else to help me. They had trouble finding my order and when they did find it the glass was no longer on it. The person I spoke to told me I would need to leave her a voicemail. So I did and she never returned my call. Strike 2, and you are out in my book! So I decided to cut my losses with Frank Webb Home and I took the rest of my business elsewhere. I am so done with FWH. I could have done just as well for a lot less money at Home Depot.

We recently updated our bathroom and worked with Barbara Ingersoll. She was knowledgeable and provided us with exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with how everything came out.
