Very busy gas station. If you're a BJ's member you can get gas at a really good price

I tried to scan my BJ membership card saved on my phone but it failed to scan. The attendent at station really nice and scan his card. He said that card scan through phone will not work on this station. I don't understand it worked on all other bjs such as franklin.why they had different set of rules.
