I moved to Ashland a year ago with a reactive rescued German Shepard. Carolyn immediately paired me and my dog with Alex. Alex is an amazing dog handler! Bishop responds to her every command and she sent pictures and write ups after every visit. I can highly recommend Ashland Pet Concierge and Alex to anybody with a dog walking need!

I used Ashland pet concierge every time I travelled for three years, and the service was always excellent and consistent. This is a professional, quality local business and I never worried about leaving our shy kitty to their care. They are a notch above trying to find someone who does it on the side or through app services. The worst thing about moving was is being able to rely on them when I travel now!

Ashland Pet Concierge staff members have taken excellent care of our various cats during our travels for at least 10 years. They make sure that pets have adequate food and water, plus playtime. Staffers also send a daily photo or two of your pet so that you can see that all is well. (APC = peace of mind!)

I love this company! I have used them for years. They take great care of my pets and my house. They send very nice updates and pictures every time they come. I also love that they ask to confirm that I got home on time. Simply the best people!!!!

"Kristin" was incredible and gave us just the peace of mind we needed, when we vacationed so far away from our "Sally". Each day she visited, she spent QUALITY time with our cat....giving rubs, engaging in playing time...and sent us pictures, which we really appreciated especially at times when my daughters missed her the most. Highly recommend calling Carloyn and arranging for her team's services. Home care is he way to go and APC will treat your pet like its their own.

I have been using Ashland Pet Concierge from the companies early days. I travel for both business and pleasure and it’s extremely important that I know my pets are being taken care of daily.I want to be able to leave my cats in their own environment where they feel safe versus boarding them at a place with other pets that I know nothing about - especially their health.Ashland Pet Concierge has never let me down. Through their portal, when the pet elves come in to feed, replace my cats water and scoop their litter, I always receive a friendly message once the pet elf is done. I get to see picture of my cats at play, even when they are greeting the sitter at the door. I always know they are in excellent hands.I don’t know where Carolyn finds all of these pet living people, but they are beyond incredible. There are even services available for picking up your mail, opening and closing curtains so your house always looks like you are there.The above and beyond part comes when your flights get cancelled and you can’t be home on time-just send off a message and a person will be sent to take care of your pet.Finally Ashland Pet has you text them when you get home to insure that your pets will be taken care of.Have a dog? People in my neighborhood use Ashland Pet for mid-day visits to take take their dog for a walk.Ashland Pet Concierge is also affordable unlike boarding a pet or using doggy day care. Plus your pet gets to have one on one interaction with a human with time allotted unlike boarding or day care where there are many pets that don’t get quality time or interaction from a human.All of the pet sitters are also pet owners and lovers which makes a huge difference. If your pet needs medical attention you leave them your vets name, they will contact you and if necessary get your pet the medical attention that is needed.I highly recommend Ashland Pet Concierge to all pet owners..... you will not be disappointed and your pet will love your more for using them as well!RobinAshland MA

My cat sitter has been so amazing. I adopted my cats during Covid. They had not been alone for 4 months. She had to do a ton of cleaning as they refused the litter box while I was gone. She also friended them very quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with the services and I highly recommend this company!

We have used a number of pet sitters through the years. When we found Ashland Pet Concierge we knew we had made the right choice. From setting up appointments through the portal to the extra work that they do each visit, we've been extremely happy. When they visit, they don't just feed and water your pet and take in the mail. They offered to water my garden and potted tomatoes outside, put garbage/recycling on the curb on a specific day etc. Every visit they give a report and post pictures. Initially the pictures were our cat (Layla) under the bed, but over time, the sitters have managed to coax her out. Now she'll pose in the kitchen for them. As they leave they check into the portal, which emails me giving a time, a personally written summary and pictures so that we know Layla is well and happy. We were in Europe and our companions would look forward to the photos and were impressed with the level of care. We've been able to answer questions via the portal - it's so easy. My wife calls them "the nice ladies".We've had emergencies where we've had to leave the state. Carolyn has stepped up and made sure Layla taken care of despite the short notice. We are very happy with Ashland Pet Concierge and recommend them highly.

The APC team has taken care of our dog Millie for three years now. Their detailed, daily notes are very comforting and helpful. Not only do they send a note every day with all the particulars of the walk and bathroom details (they're doing God's work here people!), but they manage to get the most adorable pictures of her every day! It is the bright spot in my day to read their comments and see their pictures! In addition, they are very understanding when it comes to Millie's issues: she can be dog-dog reactive and she is a tri-pawd (three-legged) dog. Both of those issues combined may scare away other dog walkers, but they lovingly take her for fun, safe walks daily and seem to love her to pieces! Thanks for the love, cuddles, and snacks you give her! She loves you guys!

We have used the pet-sitting services of the Ashland Pet Concierge since Carolyn first started the business. She and her team are great professionals, with strong expertise in their work with pets. Two of our cats have been clients, and the interactions with them has always been warm and supportive. Our current cat, Mia, is very pleased with the APC team.

We are the owners of an English Bulldog named Harley and yes we are Crazy Bulldog Owners. Which means we do not trust just anyone with our pooch. We have gone through some walkers over the years and have found Ashland Pet Concierge to be the best and the most patient with Harley and us as well. Providing a summary of the visit and pics of Harley as soon they are finished with Walk/Visit is a huge plus for us!

We have used Ashland Pet Concierge for 5 years to care for our three dogs. They have been there for us when we have needed them for scheduled vacations and also made themselves available for unexpected events which required us to be away from home with very little notice. They have been reliable and so compassionate with our pets. They spend a good amount of time at every visit, provide undivided love and attention for the three dogs, and even take in mail and packages. Once they saw a house plant looking thirsty and watered it for us. They are so wonderful with our pets, but also extremely trustworthy with our home. They are clean, attentive, and responsible. I highly recommend Ashland Pet Concierge!

We have used Ashland Pet Concierge for several years now and have been very happy with their services. We have a dog, cat and several other small pets so we appreciate their flexibility and ability to work with other animals. We really appreciate their reliability and professional service. You never have someone cancel at the last minute or forget a walk or feeding. Because they are experienced and love animals, we never worry about the care of our animals. We know they will be well taken care of and if there is every an emergency or problem, we have a professional that can make sure our pet gets the best care possible. We also love the photos they send after the visits. Based on the photos our animals never seem to miss us, but we miss them, so it is fun to see the photos.

I have used Ashland Pet for cat sitting services for many years. The scheduling and payment is super easy/all online through their portal. The cat sitters have been so sweet and caring. They try to give me the same person each time, which is nice. I get an alert after each visit and I can then access thorough notes about the visit as well as photos of my pets! I really have peace of mind when I leave my cats with Ashland Pet Concierge. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet sitting services. .

I highly recommend Ashland Pet Concierge! My four cats receive the care and attention they need, and my house was very well kept. The girls are very friendly, trustworthy and dependable. They always update me when I’m out of town which is always comforting with pictures and notes on how the pets are doing. I don’t know what we would do without their service! You will not be disappointed!
