We were referred to Arthur by a friend & neighbor who happens to be part of the fabulous team at DNA. From our first meeting with Arthur, we knew this team was a great fit. Selling our childhood home was emotional for us and the team guided us through, paying close attention to our wishes. The closing was this morning. I could go on & on (I did, but I ran out of space!) but I’ll just say I’d refer anyone to DNA. True professionals who are considerate & available . A+++ Thanks to all!

Arthur and DNA Realty Group were the BEST to work with and will continue to be my go-to realtors from here on out! My sister worked with Arthur when she was buying her home and then recommended Arthur to me when I decided to purchase a place as well. He did not disappoint and I will now be recommending him to all of my friends and our other family as well!
As a first-time home-buyer I had very little knowledge of the home-buying process and all of the steps that went into it. Arthur graciously walked me through each step, educating me as we went, and made the process stress-free and simple. He and the team are so personable, sharp, yet easy-going, and are extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. They are gracious, patient, flexible, and are happy to answer any questions you may have, no matter how big or small.

I would be remiss if I let 2023 come to an end without shouting out our favorite realtor turned friend, Arthur Martiroso of DNA Realty Group!We’ve been looking for a home in this crazy market for a while. As our family grew, our needs changed. Arthur helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was professional, knowledgeable, very patient, responsive, informative and overall a great person to work with. Arthur has become a household name for us, even the kids know him by name. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Martiroso team and they are all welcoming and friendly.In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Arthur was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us great advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I have personally known this team for years and have two properties under my belt with them. I wouldn't choose to use anyone else. Everyone I have referred to use them was also satisfied. Not only with finding their home but also selling and purchasing. I would say I have at least 7-8 clients not including myself. There isn't a property this team can't sell or close on. On top of that, always a smooth transaction. Arthur goes above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly as well. They know a ton of people and work well with others to make sure everyone is always on the same page. I'm beyond thankful for them. Thank you DNA Realty Group!

The Best!Arthur Martiroso was our real estate agent from April to June 2023. Arthur worked to find us a home in a very competitive Boston, MA market. Quite simply, Arthur is the best. We worked with Arthur both in person and then long distance while we were out of state. As an agent, Arthur is a cut above. He is honest, has an abundance of integrity, and patiently learned who we were and what kind of house we needed. He also has a strong background in construction. Many times he could tell us what was a real problem, or just cosmetic, and the ballpark price to hire someone to make a change. Between the honest communication and the deep construction knowledge, we were able to quickly examine houses as a team.We learned quickly that Arthur was different than other agents we had known. Arthur told us during his introduction that he built relationships and didn’t just show houses. Relationships are built on trust. While it took some time, we learned we could trust Arthur to be honest with us. He was never less than completely honest—he just tells it how he sees it. Arthur doesn’t sell you a house, he helps put you in the house you’re looking for. When we couldn’t be in town any longer, we found Arthur to be a man of integrity. We gave him boundaries and he would do everything in his power to put us in the best position to be successful. During the winning offer, I told Arthur our best price and allowed him to negotiate the best deal he could make. He had our complete faith and trust. I find it hard to believe we could have put this much faith in another agent.In Arthur we found a man who learned what we wanted and helped us find a good match. There are no perfect homes in a competitive market. But the team has to be unified. Arthur learned what we valued and that became the lens through which he viewed each property. Not once did he try and talk us into a property in which we would have been unhappy. On the contrary, Arthur was more likely to wave us off of a bad match than allow us to purchase something just to make a sale.
