This travel agent either tried to rip me off or is grossly incompetent. You are better off going through someone else. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. Read from bottom Ok Kasia, But your mistake of not checking other options would have cost me $1000. A pretty good chunk of change. Part of going through a travel agent is that I don't have to worry about things, letting a professional do the worrying for you. Trusting them to do a competent job. Getting the best price for a quality experience. You are hurt that I would think you were ripping me off? True, I don't know you. However, people everyday are being taken advantage of. This is a fact. What happened was either you were ripping me off for 1000 dollars or you made a mistake/poor judgement that was going to cost me 1000 dollars. I'm unsure what's worse: incompetence or greed. Regardless,I am willing to go through you at your price if you are willing to do something that reestablishes trust. What are you willing to do to secure my business, my trust, referrals and a positive review on Yelp? We have done several trips to Italy and highly recommend Maggie @ Colpitts! Fantastic detailed planning and her amazing ability to be flexible made our trips so enjoyable. We never had to worry about meeting drivers, tour guides or the quality of the accommodations. Everything went smoothly and we won't go without consulting her! Thank you Maggie!

My husband and I have wanted to see Europe and decided on a cruise through the Mediterranean Spain, France and Italy. Kathy Federico planed the whole thing from airlines, hotel, to cruise ship. Things couldn’t have gone any smoother. Kathy made it so easy. Thank you for everything Kathy Federico! Will definitely be calling you again.

Perfection! Soirée/Trish did our wedding invitations and thank you cards. We got exactly what we wanted and paid for. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got MANY compliments on the invites. I would absolutely use soirée services again.

I am so thrilled that we found Soiree, they made everything so easy! We were looking for fun & unique invitations with personalized customer service (versus ordering online) and Soiree did not disappoint! From our first consultation with Dana we knew we had found the right vendor. She helped us find and customize our dream invitation suite including save the date cards (Kleinfeld's Dazzle in our wedding colors gray, yellow and white). Soiree also created our custom name place cards, table numbers and bathroom signs which came out better than I could have ever imagined! We received so many compliments on our invites and accessories. The staff at Soiree are knowledgable, sweet, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make your wedding vision come to life. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Soiree, Trish and Rebecca. We are getting married on June 1st here in Boston and Soiree did our Save the Dates, Invitations and Accessories. Trish and Rebecca have made the process nearly seamless. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their input and suggestions were top notch and so greatly appreciated. Rebecca worked hand in hand with me on getting all of our guest names and addresses in proper format. Their attention to detail is flawless. They are a wonderful resource not only for stationary-related issues, but etiquette and general wedding questions. They were a true pleasure to work with every step of the way. I would recommend Soiree to anyone looking for exceptional quality, truly exquisite design work and two lovely individuals to work with. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our invitations went on on Monday and guests are already commenting on the invitations and how exquisite they are. Kuddos to Soiree for a job truly well done!

I walked into Soiree in a complete panic after Encore Wedding invitation abruptly closed their doors. My event was weeks away and I had to start over completely. Within minutes the staff at soiree was on the phone to suppliers explaining my plight asking them to expedite and wave fees. They worked through the weekend and within 7 days I had custom printed invitations, stuffed, stamped, addressed and in the mail. This was with proof review and revisions. They kept the shop open late for me when I was stuck in traffic dashing there to pick up my invitations. I cannot thank them all enough - they saved the day. Customer service at a level you don't find anymore. Don't risk using an on-line retailer. Trust me it is not worth the nominal savings when something goes wrong like it did for me. They worked within my budget and had suggestions for printing that only comes with a lot of experience. A+++ Great experience. Thank you all.
