I am so grateful to have Acton Pharmacy right in my neighborhood. Their personalized and caring service is incredible. If I ever have a question about a medication, I can get a pharmacist on the phone and if they don't have an answer right then, they always follow up.

Great place. Local independent pharmacy with modern formulary capabilities. Staff is super friendly, concientious, and professional. They've never disappointed us on prescriptions, always made sure to explain new meds and point out side effects to watch for. Prices are quite reasonable. Good selection of OTC and gift items too. Highly recommend!

Acton Pharmacy has faithfully served our family for our 19 years and counting in Acton. Whether it is a compounded medication for one of the humans - or our furry family members - they always pull through. The staff are fantastic, dedicated and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I have lost count of how many times the pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond for our family. Thank you all a thousand times over from the Kreuze family.

There is no way I can adequately thank the staff at Acton Pharmacy and in particular, the team at the Timely Meds Department for having come through for our family so many times. Timely Meds has taken all the anxiety about medication management away for my 95 y.o. mother-in-law, and so it has taken her family's away too. Moreover, Timely Meds has come through with great help and problem-solving when needed with providers, incredible patience with questions, and timely delivery even on short notice. This is a first-rate, top notch group of caring professionals and our family is truly grateful for the excellence of service we've received.

I told them days before my doctor sent in my refill— please call me before you ship this medication as my address has changed. Despite the fact that it’s been more than 4 months since I last had this medication filled, they filled the medication, charged my card and shipped it to the wrong address without so much as a text, email or phone call to me. When I called them and told them about this I talked to 3 different people. Not one apologized for the mistake. This is so unprofessional to not take any ownership of a mistake. Now that I have given them the correct address, they agreed to ship me a replacement for free. However I have a new charge from them today for $7.50 on my card. So not only do I have to wait longer for my pain medication I also have to pay for their mistakes with no apology. Disgusted

These guys are saviors.Allergy season started and my Allergy doctor prescribed for Cromolyn 4% eye drops from CVS westford.They ran out and all the neighboring pharmacies in Westford ran out of Cromolyn eye drops.Luckily, these guys had them in stock and I don't have to suffer form Itchy eyes anymore.

I was in desperate need of a numbing cream script before starting chemo in a few days. I tried 6 pharmacies and all said it's pretty much out of stock statewide. The 7th pharmacy-- Acton Pharmacy had it. They really saved the day for me & saved me a lot of needless pain to port area during chemo needle insertion They are my hero(s)!

I very rarely write evaluations, but Acton Pharmacy deserves the 5 stars. Their compouding department always goes above and beyond anything required to make sure that you have exactly what you need when you need it. I've been using them for years, and can't say enough good things about them - competent, compassionate, efficient - you name it. Their tag line is "Individual Care, Exceptional Service" , and they personify both of those! I would, and do, recommend them to anyone, and how many pharmacies, or in fact any businesses, can you say that about? Kudos to them for consistent excellence.

Simply the Best! The best services including compounding, if your pet needs medication taken orally. The pharmacist will know you and your medications. If you don't want to be invisible, at a large chain, this is the place to come.

Always has knowledgeable help with any question. That’s why customers like me are so loyal to it, despite the pressure of 3 CVS pharmacies within 5 miles of it.In my most recent example, I called my Dr. for advice about apparent conjunctivitis. The nurse had no advice and no openings and recommended going to an urgent-care center.Since I had a prescription to pick up at Acton Pharmacy, anyway, while I was there I asked if they had any advice.The pharmacist then asked me some basic triage questions, and concluded that it didn’t seem to be an infection, just unusually bad incident of dry eye, and gave me care advice that turned out to be correct.Just 2 minutes of wise (free) help, avoiding a half-day sitting in an urgent care center, near coughing people, and catching the flu for my efforts!
