I should be addressing Phil as Professor Phil because he is someone who wants to educate his customers on proper vehicle maintenance/care. Super fortunate to have met him as I was having reoccurring issues with my vehicle. Phil was able to find the underlying problem that the dealer was unable to address. he then took his time to explain to me in detail the things I should do on my own end to promote the longevity of my vehicle. thank you, phil!

Highly recommend this place. Phil is incredibly knowledgeable and his pricing is very fair. He has worked with me on long term car care plans, identifying work that needed to be done now and work that can wait. It’s hard to find a mechanic you trust.

Phil literally saved my life. While traveling through to Delaware from North Carolina on a sweltering day with temperatures well into the 90's, our air conditioner started blowing hot air and we were in trouble. I live with Dysautonomia and when I get overheated it causes seizures and I pass out and that could have caused a stroke. We found an oasis in the Elite care we received. The shop is immaculate and Phil is so incredibly kind and he knew precisely what was going on with the car and immediately took the time to make it right while I gratefully took respite in a near by restaurant. If you want honest, fast, and fair, don't hesitate, Elite Car Care is there to help.

I would give Phil six stars if I could. He's a true professional passionate about his trade who takes great pride in his work. He can explain everything in as much technical detail as you'd like and will walk you through the work that needs to be done. Always a pleasure, his customer service is top notch, and you can rest assured your car is in excellent hands.

Had my rear brakes fail on rt 70. Stop here for convenience. Was very pleased with the service. Very friendly, explained everything and got us back on the road safely in a very reasonable amount of time.

I scheduled at 8 am oil change and confirmed the appointment when they sent it 2 days prior. No one ever showed up or answered their phone. Not sure if they are still in business?

Phil saved my day!! My battery died while getting gas and Phil came to my rescue replacing my battery in less than 15 minutes. And did it even tho his shop had just closed for the day. Professional, friendly, excellent service. Thanks again Phil!!

The timing was kept as promised, the service was just what was needed and at a very fair price, and I received sound advice on car maintenance and keeping the car in good running order.
