Room reserved, prepaid and confirmed but reservation was cancelled by the establishment and no notice was provided. Arrived late at night at the property after a concert at M&T only to be turned away and no offer of assistance for alternate accomodations. With a baseball game and 2 concerts in Baltimore on the same evening, no doubt the staff cancelled reservations that were late check-ins, doubled the room rate and rebooked based on high demand. Hotels that operate this way and use bogus excuses of plumbing issues, yet no plumbing service on site, no emergency restoration company on site are trash.

Received the worst customer service from the co-owner Sam Shaw. I would never stay in this hotel again! Unorganized, rude, and all around unprofessional! If you are thinking of staying here, I’d highlyrecommend staying elsewhere! Never again!

We stayed at this location for a near by event. We usually do every year. Normally, it's an amazing experience. This time it wasn't so pleasant. We walked into the room and the wash clothes were dirty. I wish that was the only complaint. We pre-payed for a late check out. One of the owners, Sam Shaw to be exact, banged on the door a little after regular check-out time and then almost immediately barged into the room almost knocking me off my feet and shouted with a pointed finger, " You should've opened the door when I knocked!" At this time, there was a huge dog and another guy outside of the room door as well. I was in the room alone and was super afraid. I expressed to him that we had a late check out and he said "No, it's at 11." At this point, I wanted to just get out of there. Before my family and I left, we tried to talk it out with the owner, his partner and the front desk employee in a calm manner. Sam Shaw began to deny what had happened and be very disrespectful as if he's done nothing wrong. His tone was unprofessional and mean! It's safe to say I will not stay there at any time and you shouldn't either!!!

Quality Inn location Windsor mill 21244 from the owners, the managers, the house keeping crew, the maintenance crew, the check in crew Have been nice from the time I been here all the staff especially dealing with my work injury being electrocuted dealing with neurological issues.All the staff have been friendly and beyond nice and take the time to speak and check on me. This hotel goes above and beyond. The rooms are cleaned nice and cleaned above and beyond. The maintenance crew are the best and always on top of things getting handled in repaired in time. Check in crew is the best their energy motivates and engages me in communicating.This is great location laid back chilled you will enjoy peace in my opinion.

Front desk guy is great, trying hard. The bar next to the lobby is a “party” spot. Loud music, security guards, downtown vibe. Rooms were cleaned but still felt dirty. Peep hole in room was missing and hole was plugged with toilet paper. Entire site felt unsafe for family travel.

Trash in parking lot. Bathrooms in lobby were disgusting. People gathered outside the side entrance just standing around smoking, playing loud music.Stains on sheets and hair. Sofa had all sorts of stains on it. Room looked as if it hadn't been dusted. Found dead roach on desk in room. Coffee maker didn't work. Wasn't going to use, only curious.Bathroom at least appeared to have been cleaned, but recleaned everything.The only reason we stayed in this awful place was all the other hotels in the area were booked for the date we needed. Now see why this dump had roomsavailable.It was terrible and sad.

I booked online through a third party. The third-party reviews were much higher than Google's. Great customer service and the rooms were as described. Not my type of hotel, but we pushed through it because we were only in the room for a limited time. Some stains on the shower curtain made it hard to tell if the room was cleaned properly.

first time walked in, front desk lady had no respect, she didn’t tell us where our room is. we came 3:00pm when checkin was and she gave us a dirty room. customer service needs to be better.

The room was not very clean. You can smell cigarette and weed especially on the cat walk outside. My last string was definitely the front desk-rude and unprofessional. I didn’t confront her or anything because she seemed like the type who wouldn’t care anyway.Noteworthy details: The rooms are facing the road meaning you constantly hear traffic

This is a PLEA for towels. I have called and left messages. We are here on business for 4 nights and would like to have FRESH towels daily. Thank you for your quick response. We are not happy having to use the same towels. Thanks in advance for helping to remedy the situation. We cannot go to the office during the day due to business meetings. It is with a SAD heart I say that we were given 2 small towels which was unacceptable. We have many more business meetings in Baltimore but we will NEVER stay here again. We will pay the extra money to stay at the Hampton a few yards away. I do NOT recommend this hotel. That is all.Rooms: The rooms were good

Had to stay here a couple night and first room I booked was filled with bugs. crickets, water bugs and roaches. They then assigned me to another room that had the same problems but WORST BED BUGS!!!! Also staff were really friendly.

Arrived late at night due to a long drive. The parking lots was super crowded and we couldn't even find a place close to the door to sign in. Tons of cars on the street. Walked through a huge crowd smoking outside the doors and into the lobby to register-first thing I noticed was bass thumping-look around and there is a legit NIGHT CLUB in the hotel lobby. Also, a police officer. Front desk staff was kind of rude, but nothing crazy snd We were exhausted, just took our key and went to our room. Did a bed bug check-luckily no signs of them. Bathroom wasn't exactly clean-but it's whatever. There was talking and yelling outside our door until 3am, started back up at 6:15amI would not stay here again.
