I told him what we were looking for. The first thing he did was "Listen". Showed us what we were looking for. He had my wife lay on the mattress for a few minutes. She liked it. He asked if he could show us another mattress of better quality and value. My wife loved it and so did I. For a few hundred dollars more. We got the better mattress. “Did U-Haul return here. Super easy and helpful. There was a slight issue when dropping off because it was a different drop off location that what I originally put in my U-Haul reservation, but they called U-Haul for me and handled the drop off on the computer. Again, super easy, super helpful!”
