We had the most amazing time! Was there last weekend for my son 4th birthday party with like 35 people and we all had a blast the staff was friendly and bit disorganized at first, but once our party hostess arrived it all fell into place. One of the team members, a young man with brown/blonde hair in a blue polo (maybe a manager), was really helpful and accommodating to my party, and we are so appreciative. ??
Keep up the good work! Just encourage your trainees to be patient and more courteous since they are the newest ones. They need to show that they want the job and not upset your patrons. After spending almost a thousand dollars at your establishment for a 4 hour party, the last thing we want is a teenager giving us attitude because she doesn't know how to pull up party's name and stickers.

I must admit, I was overly excited and honored to see so many young individuals of color running the business in the most professional and respectable manner. From the time that my daughter and I entered we were greeted with joy and it did not stop there. I have to send a very special thanks to Chloe! Chloe was an absolute charm, she played with my 3 year old daughter pretty much our entire time there. I was so grateful because it gave me time to decompress for a little bit. Chloe was also playing along with other children as well with nothing but a smile on her face. My daughter had an accidental fall and another staff member who was a young lady went to get ice for her and checked in periodically that she was alright. We went a few hours prior to close of business and I witnessed the team working as a unit, cleaning surfaces, all while making sure everyone was having an enjoyable time. I was so impressed that I directly spoke with the manager to give positive feedback of my experience that day! It felt like a family and we will definitely be returning for more fun! It is amazing how such professionalism impacts business experiences!

UPDATE:
It wasn’t a ring worm it was actually Impetigo a bacterial skin infection.
Not clean at all in here. This is my second time coming here in a month and it’s always filthy. Spills on the floor and trash all over the lobby area. They need to have cleaners on staff 7 days a week because this is unacceptable! I’m not even sure if they wipe the play area down at all! Now my I just found out my daughter may have gotten a ring worm from there.

Very nice trampoline park, has lot to offer. Only thing I didn't like is that they removed the 1 hour jumping time.
