When I came in to ship a package Tom was the only employee and he wasn’t very pleasant from the beginning, he seemed like he had an attitude from the start when he told me I needed a return address written. Once he told me my total, I asked why it was so much because I ship this exact package out to my customers daily, and it’s never been the price he told me today. At that point, he became irate with me and started shouting at me in the middle of the lobby saying he’s tired of people telling him he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, which I never once said. I simply was inquiring about the price before I paid. He then called me names and said “I’m the post office and I’m not shipping your package so get out” and when I asked his name because I was reporting his behavior, he said I was the rude one for asking about the prices. I’ve never been treated like that by anyone, much less a postal worker.

I often come here to send packages or important documents, even though it's over 4 miles from my house. I assure you that within a 5-mile radius, there's no better USPS than this one. I love the dedication, friendliness and care of the girl who works here.

Does not inform residents that their mail is stolen on the weekends in the outside Dropbox because the mail office does not want to "alarm" the residents

This post office is small but adequate. The free parking slots are limited to 8 vehicles, and they are first come, first served. The postal Support Employee is courteous and helpful. The available selections of those booklets of forever postage stamps are good but could be better.

I absolutely hate this place. A man that works here was not only extremely rude to my fiancé and I, he also accused us of assaulting him. XFINITY told us that they partner with this exact post office and to just hand over our cable box to them and walk out. I tried to do just that. This man was extremely rude to me the second I walked in the door for a reason that is beyond me. After he angrily told me "welp you're wrong and don't know what you're even talking about" I responded saying "I was literally TOLD to come here but ok" and walked out. I'm a pretty emotional person, so I started to tear up a little bit. My fiancé noticed, so he went inside to ask this man why he was being so rude to me. The employee immediately started screaming at us, saying I'm a liar and telling us to leave his store and never come back. My fiancé admittedly got upset over this, telling the man that he's f*cking crazy, but still walked out to our car. He then followed us out to our car, still screaming profanity at us. He walked behind our car and was screaming that my fiancé assaulted him. LOL LIKE WHAT?? he then told us he called the cops. I replied "good! Maybe they'll make you get the f*** away from our car and let us leave" so after I said this, I myself, called the police because he wouldn't get away from my car and was blocking is in. The SECOND I picked up my phone and said "I'm calling the police" he basically ran from my car and back into the building. We waited for the police out front. When they got there I told them what had happened. We all were having a good laugh about "YOUR FIANCÉ VERBALLY ASSAULTED ME AND IS GOING TO GET ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO JAIL!" They then went inside to watch the tapes and guess what? Just as expected, we were told we did nothing wrong and to go home. All of this because the guy behind the counter is an absolute nutcase. If I could give this place zero or negative stars, I would. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different post office.
