“This shop lives up to its name! I got the sense I would be treated righteously from the moment I entered the door. Annie deserves a Big, Big Ups! She has a wonderful personality and knows her business. Jon was very unassuming and I would not have known he was the owner until Annie told me ? Greg was also very open and made sure he captured all the details of the condition of my car and the repairs needed. They did an outstanding job- I can't even tell where the old paint and the new meet. It took a bit longer to get the a part needed, but they communicated with me every step of the way. I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”
“Louie, Matt, everyone— so friendly and so honest. I’ve been to Eastwood a few different times, and each experience was nothing but positive. Louie has literally talked me out of spending money on unnecessary work; I got my oil changed at a chain which gave me a laundry list of work I needed, and Louie was my second opinion who said I didn’t need any of it. That was my first experience with Eastwood, and it said a lot about their business.Any work I’ve gotten since then (battery, emissions stuff) was priced low and a smooth experience for me. They’ve also taken the time to help me with small/random things like putting air in my tires and securing my front license plate.Anything car related intimidates me, but knowing I can trust Eastwood is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Todd was the mechanic I dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I chose this place because it was close to my home, and honestly I was kind of going in blindly (didn’t know anything about them). They worked on my Honda Accord after my auto-accident. “If I could rate this collision center past 5 stars I would. I got rear ended, they took of care of me in less than a week. Rental car onsite, and the front desk lady (first desk behind the front desk) was extremely helpful. I received updated every two days. I had a dent and some damage on my door unrelated to this repair, they even gave it a little bit of TLC to make it look good! I'm beyond grateful for this shop and their staff!!!!!!!!!!”
