Stay away from their body shop. Dropped off my truck for repairs and not only did it take 2 weeks more than I was told it would take. On my home after picking it up I started hearing grinding noise. By the time I got home the fender liner was torn off because if wasn’t connected to anything. After calling them I was told the insurance company is to blame because they didn’t approve pull time. Can’t believe they even requested pull time when the lower part of the bumper was visually missing( see attached pic ). My insurance agreed to pay for the parts that they never asked for but not the damaged parts ( makes 100% because it is 100% Lindsay Fords fault ). Claudia Espinoza told me there is nothing they can if the insurance isn’t willing to pay for it ?. I will never go back to that place again. I ended up paying for it myself ($300).

I tell you Lindsay ford always come through for me. I think this is my 8th vehicle I purchased. I tell you Anthony B. And Juan are great salesmen. They don’t put no pressure on you. They explain and answer questions. This was my 1st time working with Juan. He’s a pleasant young man like Anthony. I give Lindsay motors 100%. And highly recommended them to anyone. This time I got the vehicle I really love .

Great experience buying a used card with Younis. Younis was very professional and honest. Great experience here, will buy here again.You obviously have to know your car model ahead of time, trims, blue book prices, and carfax report. All the criticism on google of this dealership is frankly misguided if you have some basic knowledge of how car negotiations work. Almost all ussed car dealerships add their own fees on top, and so if you are surprised by it then you are a novice who will learn over time. If you are uninformed then just buy online and pay a higher price online because you are not putting in the homework.

I purchased my last three cars online and selected brands with direct pricing just to avoid the dreaded traditional car-buying process. I had a competitor brand SUV on order and ready to be delivered. I went into Lindsay Ford with the intent of just test-driving a Ford Bronco for comparison purposes. I left a proud owner of a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak.My experience at Lindsay Ford was truly incredible and totally not what I was expecting. Matthew, our sales consultant, was super friendly and answered all of our questions. No high-pressure sales pitch. We test drove the Bronco and instantly fell in love with it and knew this was our next family car. We went back a few days later and our car-buying process was stress-free, quick, and efficient. No prolonged back-and-forth negotiating process. Matthew, the General Manager Jeremy, and Yev the Finance Manager were so kind and gracious. We are so thankful and appreciative of the Lindsay Ford team for a wonderful car-buying experience. We are a Lindsay Ford customer for life!

Great customer service! Rafael was understanding of my current situation and accommodated to ensure the deal made sense. Aside from that, the dealership was very nice and clean, and they had a huge selection of new and used vehicles for an affordable price with today’s market. I recommend checking them out!

Awesome customer service. Our sales representative Anthony was exceptional, not just in the sale of our Raptor but in explaining every aspect of the truck. This is the 2 vehicle we’ve purchased from Lindsay Ford and both times have been extremely easy. We will definitely be returning..highly recommended

Worst Customer Services Ever. I brought a brand new vehicle that's not even a year old. It's chipping and unraveling apart. I've never had a vehicle with the paint chipping away so quickly. No one wants to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. Mind you they are quick to tell you the chip is from a rock. Then why is the paint also chipping from the inside of my car?When I go to the dealership to seek help I get shuffled around from service department, to the body shop, to sales as if you're playing musical chairs. Tim just brush me off with whatever problems/concerns I was having with my vehicle but want to sale me another vehicle. Danny the sales manager said he cannot do anything my car has a paint defect and it's an issue I just have live and deal with. Alexander at the body shop barely didn't want to schedule me an appointment for my vehicle to be looked at. He barley wanted to take any pictures. And advice I cut or pull the piece that's coming apart of the exterior of the car. Btw... I'm not a mechanic. I called corporate and they wouldn't do anything. It's known my vehicle has a paint defect and no one wants to help or do anything. I told corporate when I go to the dealership I purchased the vehicle what occurs. And if I go to any other Ford dealership they tell me to go to the dealership I purchased the vehicle. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle new vehicle that depreciate faster than a BMW.It's funny how they eagerly contact you constantly after purchasing the vehicle and harass you to leave a review. But no one is eager to help you with any issues or concerns you're having with your vehicle.Due to the customer service at this dealership and the poor exterior quality of the vehicle I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership nor purchasing another Ford vehicle again.

Wonderful experience at Monday Ford. Anthony, Tim and Yav.make that purchase our our new Bronco sport a breeze. We had bought an expenditure three years ago and the experience was not as pleasant. I was a little heavy to return so so glad I did. Keep up the good work. Look for Anthony. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I brought my Ford Escape in because the side door latch wasn’t working. I called Lindsey Ford Dealership and spoke with John Kernan. I provided John with my VIN and he saw that my vehicle had two recalls. He scheduled an appointment for the side door latch and transmission shifter cable bushing recall. I brought my vehicle in at 9 am and it was ready that afternoon. They fixed all side door latches and the transmission shifter cable. The whole experience was great and there were no issues. John provided excellent customer service. 10/10, will be going back again for car servicing.

The folks here are very respectful and flexible, I came with doubts and wasn’t sure of what vehicle to choose. Other dealerships made me feel pressured, and overwhelmed and most of the stuff they were telling me didn’t make sense at all. Jimmy was the person who assisted me and understood which vehicle meet my needs and where was my price range was. He wanted the customer to be happy and I was able to find my first car on that same day! Truth be told I had been looking for a car for about 3 months. I’m really happy with the vehicle I choose!

It was great meeting and talking with Mr. Tom Squire. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We talked about my 2016 Ford Escape and the available new models. At that time, I spoke with Mr. Squire he reassured me that whenever I was ready to get a new car, he would be happy to work with me.
