Walked in looking to switch but didn’t get greeted and there were about 3 employees not doing anything. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Would not recommend coming here if you’re looking for a place to do business and feel like a valued customer. I instead went to the sprint store downstairs and had the exact opposite experience.

I just saw the worst Assistant Manger (Linda) talking down to a customer and being very rude. I don’t know how the assistant manager got her position. I would not recommend ever going back to that store. Make sure you go to a different store, they are to lazy to do their job they are just there to get paid for returning customers away angry.

Honestly, I am super annoyed. First of all, our visit took a long time. They only had one of the phones we wanted in stock in the color we wanted. We had two young children with us, who were struggling to keep their cool, and it was our first time getting contract phones. So the sales guy seems extra nice, Victor. He's pitching us this, and pitching us that. No, no and no. One thing in particular he pitched was the t-mobile 1 plus plan which is +15$ per line a month. We said NO. So he left and comes back and says "My manager actually just gave me the go ahead to give it to you guys free for 4 months." So, we're rushing to get through with this long process, so we're like yeah yeah. Turns out, there's no 'deal' on our plan and we're just meant to pay the extra 30$ for the thing we don't want because some shady guy needed to meet his sales quota or didn't back his offer correctly. Not to mention T-Mobile's website isn't letting me verify our military status. I'm just very disappointed with the service received... 😔

First I would like to thank Carlos for being very helpful and going out of the way for me to check on my account to make sure an issue was resolved, 2nd my service with Sam yesterday and previous times have been very professional. This past weekend I made several trips into the store, although the first gentleman customer service was ok I think his name was Matt but i dont remember his lack of knowledge caused me to make an extra trip back to the store the very next day when had he'd suggested another option for me to clear up my account I would have been able to resolve my first issue in the store that same day. I also think the assistant manager Yoshi could use some training with customer service, she stood within earshot of Matt and I chit chatting being loud with other sales reps talking and when Matt asked her for help with a question that I had she seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and acted as if I was another customer in the store wasting their time. If she would had actually helped Matt then maybe they could have resolved the issue I had with my account in the first place instead of stairing and gossiping with other sales associates. To end on a good note I left out the store with a brand new phone no watch yet but I'll order that online. I saw Carlos in passing as he was leaving the store although I was hoping to come back and deal with him he was still polite and I was helped by Sam who did a great job with the assistance of another assistant manager Linda meanwhile while Yoshi was still standing around chatting with other associates talking not even greeting me as we made eye contact

The Kiosk right next to the food court pretty much messed me up. They had only one plastic screen protector for the Q7+ in the entire mall and they pretty much failed to put it on.

Even though I am with Big Red, they were able to help my mother inlaw with getting a Sim card. Also they speak Spanish which helped.

I went to this T-mobile store to check if I was able to get the promotion buy one and get the other free, I told the representative that I just wanted to check if I was qualified!. But this person already created an account under my name which I been receiving bills! I did not get any new phone and all i got were headaches, having my line disconnected since I did not know about the existence of this account. Today was my last called to t-mobile to get waived a fee I wasn't supposed to received.
