At first my 0730 reservation got delayed because no one showed up until 0900 to open the store. They made up for us by upgrading our rental to a convertible mustang at no extra cost. Made for a lifetime of memories on the holiday weekend.

Worst customer service I have experienced in my 25 years in the United States of America. Renter beware. I will not use this location again. Not only did they fail to disclose the amount that I would be charged, they also charged me the wrong amount. They refuse to correct the amount and refund the balance. Do not trust the employees. I normally do not to write these types of reviews, but just want to help other future consumers avoid the same mistake I did by going to this location.

During my last week in dc, my boyfriend and I planned a weekend trip to a lake. Little did we know we would be subjected to a 2 hour delay in picking up the car. To make matters worse, they accused us of returning the car a day later than we did, and charged us for it. Now they are refusing to correct the charge. This certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth as I emigrate. I will take this experience with me.

good experience ,, they did not give me the car they told me but they gave me a better one ,, they close at 5 and they stayed until 5:30 pm until they gave me the car that they rented ,,, they are good at what they do ,,

If I could give 0 stars to them I would. These people never explained the so-called accident waiver to me properly. The only thing they said was “ I can opt-in for an accident waiver insurance so that if anything happens to the car they wouldn't charge me, I agreed and told them that I wanted to do it for only two days and they said okay and took the money for two days. After taking the money for two days, some days later they went ahead and took $79 from my account, I called and asked them why they took my money, and they said the money was taken because I have to pay for the remaining day even though I already told them that I wanted only two days then I told them that this wasn't my agreement with the guy who registered me. They said they were sorry and that they took it because my card was still in their file then I told them that I do want them to take money from my account. Initially, when I went to their office they charged me a $50 refundable fee but since I asked them not to take money from my account, they went ahead and took my $50 but didn't say anything about it when I went to return the car. Then when I called them today to ask for my money, they told me that I didn't get the money because they used it to complete payment for the accident waiver even though nothing happened to the car when I returned the car. This enterprise at Veirs mill road is incompetent at doing the right thing.

I rented a car from the 20th-27th of March 2021. I turned it in accordingly on 03/27/21 at around 8:45am by dropping off the keys in the dropbox. Per usual I wait about an hour and usually receive a copy as a receipt via email as a confirmation that I had returned the car. However this time I did not receive the invoice so I called at around 10:30am and confirmed with the lady there named Jennifer who answered that I had turned in the car trusting that she would send the receipt over to me anytime now at this point that she had confirmed as well with me via this phone call. To my surprise I never received the receipt so I waited to see the charge on my bank account on Monday and they had charged me through Sunday along with a $50 cleaning fee. I was confused so I called on Monday to ask if there was a mistake. Jennifer answered and confirmed there was no mistake and she said she would check the cameras to confirm that if it was true that I had dropped it off on Saturday. I waited for a call back so I called again after a few hours and jennifer transfered me to Tyler the assistant manager at this location. Tyler said that when he came in on Sunday @9am the keys were in the dropbox therefore I had turned it in a day late. I advised to him to check the cameras because I turned it in on Saturday before 9am and that it is not my fault that he wasn't here to take them from the dropbox. What is the point of having the dropbox if you don't check it regularly. Moving forward he claimed that he found ashes in the car from smoking. There must be a huge mistake at this point because I do not nor does anyone in my family smoke. There was no way.. When I said that he said well I personally sall the ashes on Sunday when I came and he rudely hung-up on me. After work I went to the office to take care of this situation and he rudely said that he would comp that one day and that he was doing me a favor by doing so. I was shocked by the way he said this and told him how so if I turned it in on time and I do not smoke. He was very rude the entire time when I confronted him about this misunderstanding. All I was asking was for him to do his due diligence, see the cameras to confirm I had turned it in on Saturday as said and then to find out who smoked in the car after I had dropped it off. He said he was grateful I was leaving. Shocked by this comment I said Im never using enterprise again and he actually answered good we will be grateful for that. I think disgusted is an understatement. This whole experience was awful. Usually when hannah takes care of me its great.. But this time im wordless

I first contacted Enterprise for an insurance claim a week before the rental would be picked up. I requested a compact car and I was told to call back a day prior to reserve the car I wanted. When I called back there was an extremely limited selection of cars. No compacts. I only had a choice of two vehicles which were much larger than a compact and I really did not feel comfortable driving them. Otherwise the service was good

I decided to rent from this Enterprise location since it is walking distance from my apartment. It is also conveniently located walking distance from the Wheaton metro. Upon arrival, you are asked to enter into one entrance which has a small holding area. Due to COVID restrictions, they are not allowing anyone inside the main building. Upon arrival, I did enter with 3 additional people waiting. This is definitely NOT in accordance to social distancing policies. I did have on my mask but I decided to wait outside instead. I eventually was greeted by a team member who checked me in. It was then told that they did not have a car of my preference available and it would be a while before they can locate a car and have someone drive it over. I was flabbergasted. This was an inconvenience to me as my plan was to pickup the car and head to another previously scheduled appointment. After all, I made my reservation over a month in advance so we wasn't expecting a wait. My reservation was at noon and I did not get a car until 12:45pm. (This is precisely why the airport locations are the best because a car would have been ready with the keys inside.) I distress.... The car finally arrives and they clean the inside to sanitize. As they bring me the keys, guess what? It's not the type of car I reserved. It was a level lower and a much slower vehicle than I requested. They did charge me less but now this is two things that have gone wrong. Overall, the car was fine for my trip. The acceleration was much slower than I wanted but what could I do? Returning the car was easy. There was a team member outside who quickly checked me in and sent me on my way.

I just want to give a shout-out to the fantastic service provided by Demitri this morning. The enterprise closest to me didn’t have availability for several days so I called over here and he was extremely kind and helpful and had me in a car in less than 5 minutes upon arrival. His accommodation and fantastic service was most appreciated especially since the car was being rented under frustrating circumstances (car accident). Would highly recommend this location over any of the others in the area!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently rented a car from Enterprise (on Veirs Mill Rd, Maryland) over the Thanksgiving weekend. When I returned the car I was checked in by Tyler O. (employee number E173yo). He did not say hello and only said "you checking in" in a rude short tone. No smiles or pleasant interactions. He also accused me of damaging (multiple dents) to the passenger side door. I took multiple photos which I have shared with the Enterprise claims department showing no damage (photos below). I felt I was being targeted and taking advantage of since I am a female. I told him I did not see the damage he was talking about. He was talking down to me and said "He has been doing this for too long and if can't see the damage then that is my fault." He also lied saying the video cameras on the building are 4k. When I was speaking with Enterprise claims department they said this is not true. I am completely unsatisfied with the customer services provided by Tyler and the fact that he lied and is dishonest. I am now being charged for damage fees for something I did not do. My family, friends, and I will never rent from Enterprise again.

This review is for Hannah who makes giving superior customer service look easy! She is exceptionally professional and customer driven, and does so with class and aplomb. Enterprise is extremely fortunate to have her on the team and I am more than satisfied with the end results. Thank you again Hannah, and if I ever need another rental car, I’ll be coming to see you!
