If I could give more stars I would! Natalie greeted me as soon as I walked in. She asked me if I needed help, I just needed a pair of jeans for work and she asked for my size and found one for me. She also helped me out at check out and mentioned that I should have a bday coupon in my email. I had no idea AE gave out coupons on your bday lol. Anyways she was very sweet and patient and explained everything very well. She was also very friendly to my son :). I’ve been to other American Eagle stores where their employees are not much help at all. But Natalie was the best!! Keep it up and thanks once again ❤️

Just a note that if you’re ordering from aerie, you can have it shipped here instead of to your home for free! This location is much more convenient than the aerie store at Montgomery Mall for me personally. So I’ve used it a couple times. The service has also always been super friendly and prompt. Also, it’s a nice shop to browse while I’m there.

The young lady told us to leave because they closed at 745( Friday 6/3)... mall closes at 9. Can ya get this right. We were about to buy clothes. And now we are definitely moving away from this brand

The Spanish female Manager is extremely Rude, she told me to stop talking loud. Keep in mind I have tubes in my ear. I asked what is your name she told me in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. She is definitely unprofessional.

Very helpful staff. I'm a curvy gal w hips. Typically find it hard to get jeans to cover hips 38 and 30 waist. Their cury jeans worked. Recommendation by sales associate.
