For $44.99 I can get 6 quarts of synthetic oil and a tire rotation at a local repair shop. If you want my continued business you need to adjust your prices and service.

Koons Toyota Westminster charged me $2,418 dollars on my last visit. The next day the engine warning lights came on again. So they said they'd check it out. I was told that there was some type of component for the engine warning light that was replaced, and then they said there's a 2nd component that needs to be replaced at a cost of $400 dollars. I see nothing on the service record about any engine warning light component being replaced. All I see is that you reset the maintenance REQD light.
