Worst customer service and western fries ever. Fries tasted like the oil had not been changed in a week, super strong odor. Chicken okay but pieces seem to getting smaller.

I loved royal farms I would go here almost everyday for lunch. I don’t know if I will again, I got the same sandwich like I usually do. I’m almost done eating it and on the bottom of it I see that I have bitten into mold!! I did get a refund but that’s the least I should’ve gotten. This is sickening

Bethel rd. Location Didn't know until I got home that the tall heavy set guy (I'm beefy myself) only gave me seven western fries and three of them were small ones. For $3.17. I've been disappointed in this place several times first time leaving a review. Hope I have better luck with the one near the airport. If not it'll be Sheetz or Wawa

I must say this crew does a wonderful job. Living in owings mills, we have several Royal Farms locations.....and they all stink. Either burned or neglected hot food area. This location has a great hotbox display. MY ONLY GRIPE IS. I spend $11 for a chicken tender meal and they give me 4 potato wedges. I mean, really? You can do better Royal Farm.

The man making the orders named Matt was awesome. He was on his own and making mouth watering orders quickly and efficiently. I recommend this store and hopefully Matt will be working.

Although this royal farms is not the closest to our home, we have made it our go to location because of its top notch employees. Darryl, Danny, and Sabrina are always eager to aid, assist, and accommodate with anything we need. They go above and beyond, setting the bar high for an exemplary staff with a great work ethic.
