My policy was reduced by $100/mo. because I have a good driving record, been a customer for decades, etc. ... but the real reason is that Rachel Groupp has always reached out to me when there was an issue, or she needed a signature, or she noticed a problem. She will email me, or she will call my cell. This is the best Customer Service I've ever received! Thank you, Rachel!

If you are looking for an agent that is honest, informative and works for the policyholder rather than the company then you should call this office. Rates are important to me but I want good coverage with a company that will be able to pay a claim and good service. I get all three with them. Mike and Gail are very friendly and professional.
