Went for an oil change 2 days ago and the next morning had spots of oil under the vehicle. Thinking it was just old oil that may have gotten trapped, didn’t worry about it. This morning, fresh oil spots under the car. Called NTB and was told when I brought it in, I would have to wait because they may not be able to get to it. You would think since they likely messed up either threading the bolt or the filter, they would make it a priority to address the issue but apparently not. This is the second time I have had an issue at this location, so this will be the last time I will have anything done there.

I would like to just say that your employee Alex should be praised for his customer service skills! We spoke to your call center who set an appt for a new tire and this store was already busy on a Saturday but you know they were able to accommodate me despite the call center messing up. We will be back for future needs and will only speak to Alex. Give him a bonus! He deserves it!

The folks at NTB in Westminster were professional and efficient! I went in for a routine tire rotation and brake inspection. I was in and out in 30 min. Very comfortable waiting room. We have been preferring to go to this NTB over our dealer service's for both our SUVs for years. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment should you need to.

I brought my vehicle in for what I thought would require a tire patch for a nail/screw. Elijah and staff alerted me to the leak being a bent rim. Offered a good recommendation on rim repair company and took their time with me around closing hours. Very patient and would not accept any payment for their time. I really appreciate Elijah and crew. Thank you!

I purchased tires at a different location only 5 days prior. This morning I heard a noise while driving and feared a nail in my tire. I came in at opening and was asked to return after 9:30. Upon returning, after a short wait, my car was carefully examined by the staff and I was assured that my tires were not damaged in any way. I am thankful for this location's ability to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday.

110 bucks.. they knew I was in trouble and instead of actually helping me out took advantage I believe.. a national tire place doesn't have cheap tires ? right

Went in for an EVAP leak and they tested and fixed the issue the same day. Fast and friendly service!
