4/14/2024. We checked the website, and it said passport walk-in hours from 0400-0430PM. We showed up and were told it was not updated on the website. However, Michael happily helped us out without having an appointment! Michael was accommodating. He helped us out with a big smile!Michael, if you’re reading this just so you know you’re appreciated!

Passport service was horrible - my wife had an appointment for our daughters passport and all the paperwork ready, only to be told that both parents needed to be present! Lady tells my wife I we come back (both parents) we would be fine. We showed up and their supervisor tells us to leave because we are walk-ins now! She literally said "you guys need to leave"

They've suddenly decided to eliminate weekend passport walk-in appointments. The website still lists Saturday as an option. Time wasted while trying to get our child their passport!

HOURS INCORRECTLY STATED. This post office is supposed to be open from 9-5 M-F but often they close from 11-1 (during business people's lunch hour) due to USPS's failure to staff this location properly. Don't ever come between 11 and 1 because more often than not it will be closed.

Dont go for passport here. Rudest service i have seen and I don’t think they know the procedures too… or ask for Ms. Lee, very good, knowledgeable and professional!

For my passport I had to reschedule it because they only accept CASH or DEBIT CARD. She said they don’t accept credit cards. Also, they refused my passport photo that I got from CVS. Be carful when you come to this USPS!!

We had a wonderful experience getting a passport for our baby - the associate we worked with, Qiana, went out of her way to help us through a couple minor hiccups and kept the overall process very pleasant- thank you for all your help!

The service of the staff is so bad, I went to get a passport for my one year old child, but this staff seems to be completely incomprehensible, especially impatient with the parents, and with the child, saying that the photo does not meet the requirements, but not letting me compare the photo cards myself. Please don't go there, it's really too bad.

I should have read the reviews first. The lady who attended us at the beginning of the appointment, who unfortunately did not have her name tag, is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She treats people horrible, she doesn't even allow them to speak or ask, and she still had the audacity to tell one of my daughters that she looked like a mad girl, of course if she puts people in a bad mood with her treatment and ruins the day to anyone. We finished the process with Qiana who really knows how to work in customer service, she is very friendly, polite and professional, she answered our questions and still let us know if there were any more questions that she answered. People like Qiana are what this agency needs to improve its service. If it were up to Qiana, I would give this postal service 5 stars, but for the other lady, I would tell them to avoid visiting this place.

Got turned down for new passport application due to missing support documents I probably don't need. I will try another place. She seemed nice enough, though.

The passport service was amazing. Both lady was very helpful. I brought my money order and everything but they can do everything inside the postal service photos, money order even though if you made mistakes in application they will give you new form to fill out. Very satisfied

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a passport appointment for our daughter and all of our documents were incorrect. I used the same types of documents for my son at Germantown and they were accepted and sent on. We received his passport two weeks ago. We were told that our application would be rejected because the margins on the application were correct and we submitted a copy of the notary seal (all false). A complete waste of time.

The customer service lady Ms. Lee was very rude. She was not wearing a mask and was talking to the lady in front of me who was not wearing a mask either without any problem. When it was my turn and I was wearing a mask, she repeatedly asked me to stayed away from her and made me feel like I was some kind of disease. Later one, i asked for options to pay for the passport application fee and she acted like I don’t understand English. I’m not sure if there was any discrimination here but it felt like there was. I was upset leaving that specific post office.

I agree with the other reviews about the poor customer service. I was there for a passport appointment for my son, and despite having all the appropriate documents according to the official travel.state.gov website, she rudely turned us away. I pulled out my phone to show the official US passport website with all the requirements, and before I could show it to her, she said “I wouldn’t ask you for it [the document that she insists we need even though not according to the official website] if I don’t need it. That is a waste of my time.” I asked if that means the official website is inaccurate, and she didn’t give me an answer other than “we need the document” over an over again.If they have a different policy than the official travel.gov website (which would be weird), they could at least spend a couple minutes explaining it to us.But, this specific case & passport details aside, clearly she isn’t willing to have a rational conversation with a customer and in general has no interest in providing good service to customers at all. Save yourself time and frustration and go to other USPS locations where you can at least get a decent treatment.
