I can’t remember the exact name of the man who helped me. I think his name is Rahvan. He went out of his way to give me a free box so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Another time a woman working there walked me through how to ship something and was very patient with me. Very impressed and keep up the good work!”
“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“Just like the other reviewer said, I would go out of my way to this particular post office. It's at the edge of the agricultural reserve so it feels like a mini-vacation to get there. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is much more relaxed than the post office in my region. Highly recommend!”

“I sent a priority envelope to my grandson for his 10 birthday in Olney MD, but he never received it. I tracked it through their 800 # and eventually found out it was delivered. After some general call backs from agents Kelly from the Olney MD office retrieved the package. Thank you Kelly so much!”

A week later I came back for photos for renewing my own passport and desire not begging to, the staff checked all my things and helped make sure it was marked and packaged correctly.”

“Applied for a passport, and had an appointment around lunchtime when the facility wasn't very busy. The USPS employees were pleasant to deal with. Had to leave a positive review to balance out some of the negative ones. I think that sometimes negative reviews can paint a skewed overall impression of the usual experience, as people tend to not leave reviews unless something unusual happened (and "unusual" when it comes to post office stuff almost always means "bad".)”
“Might I suggest having a separate area for people to browse stamps vs. At the counter it holds the line up for someone to essentially continue shopping while there are others ready to check out.Additionally, having markers available to write with instead of just ball point pens. A lot of packing material does not allow for markings with ball point pens nor does tape. Feel like it would be common sense to have markers available but apparently not.”
“Shawn or Sean took care of me late today to send food to my brother overseas in the military. He took time to walk me through the process and helped me multiple times making sure it was sent to the proper place. God bless him he even stayed open after five to make sure it was sent that same day.”

After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.”

“I went to a different USPS to get finish my passport application and they had cancelled and rescheduled my appointment. When I showed up to the appointment, long story short, they were not equipped to complete the passport application and told me to try a different USPS. I came to this location and MAMYE was so helpful. She took my daughters passport photo, made sure I had all the correct paperwork and scheduled me a new appointment because they were closing.”
