No pressure, knowledgeable and very nice sales team. Victoria presented me with two options and they were both great. I could hardly decide which car I wanted. Once I decided she showed me everything I needed to know and told me to call her if I thought of any questions. Great team Pohanka VW.
Second vehicle purchased at Pohanka VW. Again, Victoria and DeMarco were excellent. They made sure my vehicle was adequately covered without pressure to purchase anything more. If you happen to go to that dealership, make sure you ask for DeMarco. With those two on your side, you can’t go wrong. Great team!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Working with Anthony Feggins from the Sales Team was great. Anthony was responsive and worked with the sales manager to help match the Out the Door price from another dealership. The sales team were straight forward and not pushy. Recommend working with Anthony when buying either a new or used car. He helped buying my very first car as smooth as possible.
My main complaints were the long wait times for processing the financial paperwork (already settled on Out the Door price) and sub-par car detailing (visible spots missed inside the car). We arrived around 10:30 a.m. and did not leave until 4:30 p.m.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
Both Manager and Sales Person were uninformed and clueless as to what Model cars they are even selling.
I asked to test drive a car. First they pull around the wrong vehicle. When trying to explain to the sales person that this is not the car i wanted he said “ its very similar”
Who wants to test drive a car they dont intend to purchase even if it is “very similar”
Then after waiting for them to bring around the actual car they let another couple who came in after us test drive the car we had been waiting on.
I decide to wait
The manager tells us it will be “just 5 minutes”
Of course it was over an hour the test drive went.
The sales person proceeds to say that we had to wait for so long because no one went on the test drive with the couple before us so it took longer than normal.
After finding out we would be accompanied on our test drive by the sales person we declined to even take the test drive.
Terrible waste of time and a day
Will not return

Got my car for the engine cover recall and to check a nail in my tire and Andrea did an amazing job as always.

The Service Department is awesome! Especially Andrea. I brought my vehicle in for routine service and she is always the first to greet me and she actually remembers repeat customers names. She is very responsive and helpful. The service area is always clean and that includes the bathroom. It's 5 stars for me!
I was just recently serviced again and still give my 5 stars.
