I called them for a quote for a tire and they never picked up so after the 3rd call I left a message with in like 45 minutes lady called me back to why she was rude because I had to go out side and get the tire size of my car like Jesus they call me when I’m not around my car I mean like come on no need to keep huffing and puffing and smacking there lips in the phone so I just hanged up

Solid establishment. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me or sway my decision making. I walked in requesting two specific tires and that's what I got. I was quoted with a 2.5 hour wait time and it was finished before then.

Very good experience getting my vehicle tires mounted and balanced. Service advisor and Mechanic was very professional, quick and attentive; I was in and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend this business for your auto repair services.

Not only is Mark amazing, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and informative, the staffers are as well.They are honest and offer excellent feedback. You can save tons of money consulting them first. Took my truck to the dealer and was told I had nails in both back tires that would need to be replaced based on the location. I refused and took it to ST, they were able to simply pluck one nail lose and the other one was plugged. Saved me $1200. That was in 2016 and I've been using them faithfully every since.Recently my needed additional work, once completed, I something else went wrong, I returned and they said it was still under their warranty and repaired it immediately.Each time I set for travel, they are the only ones I trust to check my truck. You won't be disappointed with them.

Nothing bad I can say about theses guys. They consistently do a great job on my car and charge a very reasonable price for their services. The staff are friendly, personable and just really great people. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Had my brakes repaired and oil changed. Was very pleased with the great service and fair price. They took my car in as soon as I got there and were done in a few hours as promised. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was nice and the price was pretty decent, my only complaint would be the wait. I work in Customer Service, and you always want to tell the customer roughly 15-30 mins longer than the anticipated time so that they can feel great when their wait wasn't as long. I was told an hour but waited almost twice as long.†There was also another lady next to me who had quite the wait. Had I been in a time crunch, this may have stopped me from coming in again.

So Thankful!! We were in a bind after another shop was overcharging and telling us things needed replaced that didn't. I called they told me over the phone about how much to expect. They were HONEST! I don't mind paying if it needs to be done. Still spent a good amount, but I know that the repairs actually needed to be done, and with 4 tires included still beat the other shop by $500. Totally worth the drive!!
