I had such a great experience shopping in store today. Malcom S went above and beyond helping me with selecting uniform pants for my daughter. He gave me his full attention and answered all my questions. If you shop in store, make sure to ask for him. I guarantee you will have a great shopping experience with him!

This children's place is very unprofessional. I came in and bought 114 dollars worth of clothes for Christmas and I didn't receive all 29 of my items. I called and also came up to show them the items and my receipt. I also highlighted every item we had to make it alittle easier. All we did was transport the bag to the car and from the car we checked the bag so we can put the gifts accordingly. That's when we noticed we didn't have it all . They called us to say they reviewed the cameras and everything was bagged. All I want is what I paid for I spent a lot of money in this place and their making me seem like I'm stealing or something or I purposely lost the pants ? All I want is what I paid for and they made the process difficult and not helpful. For now on I advice everyone that shops here count all the items in your bag

I ordered online and received 2 of the same orders and was charged for both. I went in store to return one of the orders and the staff was very helpful. She scanned the returned items and refunded me to my credit card within 10 minutes. She was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I myself am in retail so the customer service I received blows my mind. I will never go back here again! No sense of errancy whatsoever and so unorganized and no one seems to know what they are doing!

I was on a search for more school uniform apparel while in the area, and stopped here. The store was very organized, the associate who assisted me was very helpful and to top it all off they have a great sale going on.

The store in Waldorf has the worst customer service. They had a problem before where the staff were really rude and never helped when you asked for help. They have since improved a little bit, but the store lines are out of control and people are jumping the line all over the place. One of the basic duties of check out clerks are to ensure that lines are not violated, and reduce wait time. This service is non-existent here and the staff are clueless to this problem. Today, the clerk let one woman jump in front of three people waiting and when I got there, I rushed to the counter ahead of an employee getting two items. The clerk actually asked me to step back, which I did, but I though since the women ahead was a store employee can't she or the clerk volunteer their spot since I waited so long. Then they proceed to flirt before they get to me, which was annoying to watch to say the least. I have stopped going there before prior to the improvement in service, but if they start lacking again and don't pay attention to these issues, then I will stop going all over again. Nobody wants to wait an hour to pay for one item.
