To be honest I am disappointed in the service my wife received from your advisor Wayne. He didn't explain anything to her and she was just handed the paperwork and sent her on her way. We are part of the maintenance plan and all we received was an oil change and tire rotation. Says 27 point inspection and nothing was looked at according to the paperwork received. She also requested that the car not be washed and it was. We have had excellent service all the previous times with other advisors.

I usually have my vehicle serviced where I purchased it, in VA. However, do to time constraints, I needed to have it done closer to home. My experience was pleasant is every way from the moment I drove onto the property until I left! They got me in and out quickly! I will return for future service appointments!

Had an excellent customer experience with the Service Tech,Wayne. He listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle. Understood my apprehension with my decision to move forward with repairs. But convinced me that his Team of mechanics were some of the best in the company. Their diagnosis would elevate the concerns I was having. Wayne kept me informed throughout the process. Did not pressure me in one direction or another, just played everything out for me and sold me on why the best choice was with Ourisman. I have been coming to this Ourisman location for many years and Wayne has given me the best customer experience I ever had with them. Ask for him if you ever need to get your vehicle serviced with them and he will look out for you.

Had a great experience with the service team at Ourisman Subaru. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with a 60k service and new rear brakes. While pricey, both were needed. Service Associate Wayne was very helpful explaining the issues and my options. Considering the # of service items, I was out relatively quickly, 4 hrs. Used to take hrs to get an oil change and rotation here, so great improvement. Besides, I could still work while there. Forester is driving amazingly again! Achieved 39 mpg, marked power delivery improvement, and I can stop now. Great job!

My repair was my first time dealing with them. It was Great ! "Joe" -who was my service manager... was friendly - very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. >The wait area was clean and most the staff who worked there - greeted the customers no matter what department they worked in. > No trick up pricing - no headaches.
