So this is how my Friday morning started (8/30/2014)....my car sounded sluggish when turning it on. I drive my car to the local auto supply store...(cough, cough...Auto Zone...). I ask for assistance with purchasing a new battery. The person that rang me up also took the battery outside to install in my car. After encountering issues installing the battery (inexperienced), my car would not start. Remember...I drove it there. Thirty minutes later...two more employees try to assist...to no avail. One of them states that it has to be the alternator. As I'm standing on the sidewalk trying to figure out how ro get my car to a mechanic, I look across the street and see the yellow sign for Myers Auto Service. I've used them in the past and trust their expertise. I call and spoke to Jason Meyers to see if they had a tow truck...because, of course my car won't start. He listened closely to everything I told him that happened before the battery was replaced and what my car was doing now. Then he offered to leave his place of business to assist me! I was shocked; who has a mechanic offer to come to you anymore? He arrived in less than 5 minutes, tests the connection with a tool he bought with him and quickly discovered (in less than a minute!) that the starter cable was never put back on the battery! DUH! (Auto Zone) Jason to the rescue! If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused auto service company to help take care of your car (and sanity)...go see Jason Myers at Meyers auto service! Outstanding customer service skills! They have a customer for life!

Good fast and efficient service! Very nice and customer service oriented staff.
Very clean facility everyone carried themselves and presented themselves as professional. (shirts tucked in, shoes tied etc..)

Had a small oil leak on the wife's car. Myers diagnosed it. Also they tune the engine up too at no additional labor charge since they were already in there. Keep me updated on the progress of the job. I highly recommend them. Very professional.

Tim of Myers Auto Service was outstanding in handling my AC Repair scenario. We were dealing with the extended warranty company I had purchased extra coverage for my vehicle and to make a very long story short, Tim was professional and diligent in dealing with that company, who was prolonging the completion of payment and work progress. Meanwhile Tim/Myer's had already completed the work but he still stayed on that warranty company for payment. Tim ensured I was updated at all times, he made sure I still received great customer service from him as well as Myer's as a whole and he never got frustratedwith me because if the warranty company i had the parts coverage with. They just gained a loyal customer from that experience. It was stressful for Myer's as a business, for me as a customer and as a whole but I appreciate the professionalism and the thoroughness of customer service, they get 5 stars from me!

Been using Meyer's for 25 years. Occasionally a "what happened" but once they know, they corrected. Very trusted shop. More than one occasion they advised I didn't need what I thought. JR and his son are highly recommended.
