The salesperson was very rude when I wanted to buy an SUV. Low balled me on a Jeep I wanted to sell that was only 1 yr old and in excellent condition & paid for. I only drove it once a week. Winded up going to Carmax.
The service department can never get you in until 7-10 days. Don't ask about any recalls, they'll brush you off and say, we dont have the parts, call back in a couple weeks.
I asked for a loaner when my car was being serviced & the guy said, "we don't have loaners" If I hadn't asked what can you do, he wouldn't have said we pay for rentals. Same thing to me.
It's hit or miss when it comes to them being rude. I try to avoid them f I can.

I don't advise anybody purchase anything from here.I purchased my jeep grandcherokee , on 1/11/2023 It has not even been one year The air condition is out The traction control light is on because PDC is bad this makes no sense

The old guy in the service department isn’t that nice and he’s always wiping his nose with his hands. Gross. And neither are the other some of the other service guys. They act like you’re bothering them. Came in for a tire patch/check. Waited 4 hours. I understand there are people in front of me but I think to please your customers you could slide in an easy fix. The place is old and needs a lot of updating. Their garage is super small. I’ll go to the one in Bowie next time. They got snacks and the people are a lot very nice. I think its Ourisman on 301/Crain Hwy.

I purchased a used car from them and had to replace the engine within a year. Luckily the warranty,I had to get, covered it. I'm still putting money in this car every 3-4 months. I'm stuck with a lemon.

My wife and I drove 90 minutes to Darcars Waldorf to look at a specific vehicle. Turns out that vehicle had a recall that we couldn't live with. Having driven that far we still wanted to make the best of the situation so I said "sell me something else" They brought up 2 or 3 different vehicles and we started driving them. Angie and Mike were super helpful throughout this process and even let us take one car home so we could make the best decision. I've bought some other vehicles recently and would not go back to those dealerships but Darcars gained a customer for life that night with how they treated us,and I really appreciate their service.

Worst experience ever! They don’t have courtesy vehicles. A shuttle took me home but couldn’t pick me up when they were done. I asked if they would cover an Uber and they said no. Terrible customer service!! I will never come here again! I will drive to camp springs or VA yo get my service done!

I had then BEST experience with the folks at DARCARS. I accidentally saw a used Dodge Grand Caravan online and "it's gently used" from a previous owner...a "Rescue Minivan" as it were, and it was a deal. I've been researching getting a used vehicle since late 2020 , in a very difficult used vehicle market nationwide in 2021 through now 2024, as my current vehicle was getting up past 150,000 miles so I really have needed this as the back up quickly.
I was able to reach out on a Tuesday and got not one but THREE responses and follow ups from Angie , The General Manager, Michael, The Sales Manager and then my favorite, Synden Wick, My Sales Consultant. I have shied away Dealers as they don't always have the best reputations and I have bought my last 3 cars from Carmax. I took a chance on Darcars and man, my attitude has changed.
I was able to chat online and over the phone with everyone and let them know I was very serious about purchasing this particular vehicle and within 2 days I was able to visit Waldorf and test drive it, and then confirm it was the one. I was able to get a fair negotiation and consideration and then within 30 minutes of my visit, discuss all the purchase arrangements. We then took care of most everything over the phone or online, over then next few days, as I lived about an hour + drive away. By that Sunday I had purchased my “New” (to me) 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and I couldn’t be more delighted.
I then had it checked out my personal Goodyear service technicians afterwards and it was in good mechanical condition, and they had no concerns and despite a few cosmetic imperfections, we were good to go!!
The absolute kicker was that they also arranged for it to be delivered to my home, 65 miles one way, a few days later at NO CHARGE. Are you KIDDING ME?!? DARCARS and Syn, Angie & Michael took the best care of me and then some. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am. 110%

Bought a car. Service was mid at best. 1 week in, check engine light; they eventually agreed to look at it, but only reset the light, “couldn’t find anything wrong”. Now the light comes on every few weeks but the sales manager, Mike, stopped returning my messages. Still working on that… Also, I’ve received TONS of junk mail and calls about extended warranty, apparently DarCars sells your info to MANY 3rd parties for warranty scams. I average 5 letters a week for 2.5 months, still coming…

The service department went above and beyond when the last place lost my wheel lock key. They were able to get my tires rotated and fixed some issues the last dealership created.

During negotiations, they asked if I wanted the added maintenance protection, I said no. When completing the paperwork, they slipped in the Darcars Assurance Plan for over $1,000.00. My fault for letting it get past me but how underhanded is that? Since then I have found out just how sloppy they are getting paperwork accurately supplied to the MVA. My insurance information was submitted for the car I traded in and after 4 months, they have yet to submit the correct documents for my title.
Run, don’t walk from this dealership!

In the last year we have purchased two custom built vehicles from this location with the help of our salesman Dylan. Throughout each process Dylan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We were able to get every single question we had answered and were provided with knowledgable information which really helped in our decision making. During the building process Dylan kept us informed and up to date. As soon as the vehicles came in Dylan called us personally and sent us images without us even having to ask. The car buying and ordering process went smoothly each time and we're so grateful for all of Dylan's help.
