The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. I enjoyed myself.

Great experience! The Bowling Lanes were great! The place was clean and the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was also reasonable.

I came here on Lane #14 at 7pm. I ordered a burger at 8:20pm and as I waited I went to ask about my burger TWICE. FINALLY AT 9:25 I went to look for a manager. I finally got a manager, Andrew is the manager on duty. The lack of urgency is what’s bothering me. Andrew had an attitude just kept repeating the fact that they have 6 tickets back there. I said okay I checked out at 8:20pm and had to inquire twice. I was never even provided an update prior. Andrew needs to work on his customer service and come up with a better way to handle situations with customers. There’s no excuse as to why it should take an hour to receive food when there are other lanes that were provided food who came in or submitted their order after we got here and had ordered our food. There were 2 other orders placed for lane #14 and they got their food within 15-20 minutes so I’m not understanding where the issue is. What would there being 6 orders have to do with where mine was in the queue after an hour wait??? I see why they’re hiring.
9:37 Andrew provided me with a free game to come back. I will not be ordering food.

They tell me to reserve a lane when i did get there btw i was one min late so they gave my lane away and didn't refund me

Had the best time ever tonight at this bowling alley!!! The manager there is the absolute best!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to make it a great experience!! I called early in the day he answered the call and when I left at 12 am he was still making customers happy.. with a smile. This was my first time bowling but it will definitely not be my last.. thank you ! Thank you! Thank you!!

I am very impressed with the treatment I received for my daughters 9th birthday party May 19th. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything that I ordered was received and to our liking. All the food came out hot and fresh. I thought I ordered more than enough food for our party, but the food was so good we only had 1 chicken tender left and a handful of fresh fruit. ? Dealing with a bunch of kids with bumpers and no bumpers on multiple lanes, the staff was on top of catering to their every need. They turned the lights down low for us and it created a great party vibe for the kids. My daughter said she had a great time and couldn't stop smiling. I was nervous trying out another type of party spot other than the trampoline park, but I am so glad I tried out AMF WALDORF!!! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Bravo!!

We haven’t been to this bowling alley in years, but I’ll definitely be returning. The customer service at this location really stood out and the facility was clean. We had a party of 12 with the majority of them being kids. Andrew was absolutely amazing!! He was extremely friendly and helped us multiple times without even having to ask.

I'm definitely been spoiled going to Bowling Allies on post. Didn't think I would walk away with a $70 tab for four people and two games. Overall, this is no issue with this location. It's just a little outdated.
