I don't know if it's just me but I feel like the quality of service has decreased here. Though always packed with fur babies and the ability to do same day appts some days, I miss the cute scarves they use to provide to freshly groomed pets. Also, I feel like my dogs most recent nail trimming was too far down. Lastly, when he leaves he is soooo exhausted. Like barely awake in the back seat on the way home and sleeps for hours...which is unlike him..he is a hang out the car window and zoomie king....may give em 1 more try..still in the fence

I have witnessed male members of this crew hit and beat animals. I called one day while I was outside in my car watching the behavior to inquire why they were being so rough with a particular dog. The guy proceeded to say that the dog was being difficult. Basically, if you want your animal to have a rough experience and get hit & beat, take them to ruff cuts where they promise to be RUFF with your fur baby. These guys are not gentle or kind to animals at all.

We always take our Goldendoodle Apollo for a full service groom and cut, and they take great care of him, provide excellent services and excellent customer service. Would recommend them to anyone!

Been going here for 2 years. All of a sudden this white lady is being prejudice towards my pitbull. Refused to cut my dogs nails. Nasty attitude and just disrespectful. Never had a problem until I’ve had to deal with that lady.

A $75 hack job is what was done to my dog. I discussed what I wanted with the tech before hand and she didn't do anything I asked. I asked them to keep the ears but she cut them off. I gave an example of how I wanted the face from another dog right in the salon but the groomer Bianca did completely opposite. I told her not to short and she cut my pup very short. I HATED the results.

Service received in July 2023. So much wrong. I'll start with the fact that I dropped my dog off at noon and he wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. I was told that he would be ready in three hours, but when I called to check timing, I was told it would be closer to 6. It's a small shop but it was full of dogs, many in crates and several leashed awaiting their appointments. In fairness, they might have been boarding but that means that they were in crates for the entire time. The charge was an exorbitant $200+ and I paid to punish myself for my lack of caution. The name said it all... it was "ruff".

Bianca is a wonderful person and groomer. She takes excellent care of my baby Linus ! He looks so dapper and handsome each time she has groomed him. I am so grateful I found her at Ruff Cuts!!!!!!!!

I have been with Josh from the beginning way before the opening of his own grooming salon. I am extremely impressed and proud of him. He took excellent care of our French Bulldog then and now he takes excellent care of our schnauzer now. I would definitely recommend his business.
