Ive been a member at Grind for over six years. Great coaches and programming keep you on your toes. Some days are certainly harder than others. Fantastic group of members that attend the noon class who support and push each other to do better.

My goal is to build muscle and lose weight. With the help and guidance of the coaches at Grind I am well on the way to achieving my fitness goals.There is also a sense of community and support that comes with being a member at Grind !

A functional fitness gym that focuses on everyday movements to help strengthen each athlete. Our objectives are physical fitness, healthy eating, as well as daily lifestyle changes amongst our members. When effectively worked these components, allow for our athletes to reach their fitness goals as well as maintain them.
