If I could post a zero it would be done. I have used other branches and had more positive experiences. A few weeks ago I entered into the drive in teller line for a transaction, the customer ahead of me held up the line for 18 minutes. I realize that drive up is convenient for some customers, but lengthy transaction customers should be encouraged to use the lobby. When it was my turn, the male associate was presented with my concern. He was in no mood to hear my suggestion. He was curt and stated, " I cannot tell my customers what to do." Mind you, a suggestion is very different from a direct request. After the associate's lack of concern for customer service, I chose to go to another branch.
At the second branch I presented my scenario and was told that as a courtesy to those in line, if there are time consuming transactions, tellers often encourage the person to come to the lobby. Mind you the teller cannot make them, but they suggest it. The Fairmount branch should at least encourage this practice. I will not use the drive up window at this branch again.

All I wanted was to pay off 120k loan and they went to panic mood . Poor staff unless the president or wise president of this location is in .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WALKED IN WITH MY SON TO OPEN A NEW BANK ACCOUNT. WE SIT IN THE WAITING AREA FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE NO ONE GREETED OR ASSISTED US. THE BANKER AT HER DESK TALKED ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME LAUGHING AND DISCUSSING HER VACATION, ANOTHER BANKER SAT AT HIS COMPUTER AND THE TELLERS NEVER LOOKED OUR WAY.

Terribly understaffed... the staff that are here are so long winded and can't make a decision on the fly. Like sending a customer to see a banker when they can't find there profile. Instead they had us in line with that 1 teller for 20 minutes stuck looking for a a profile that doesn't exist... im pulling all my accounts from wells Fargo.Management doesn't care and did nothing to help the 1 teller

I was trying to make a transfer between WF account to my other BANK....for 6 days ...no one could help me and they all took my information.While I was driving to the store, I came across Wells Fargo at 989 Fairmount Ave Towson Location, and I was ready to CLOSE my account but a gentleman by the name JOHN CONNOR approached me and saw my frustration and offered me his help, it took him 5 MIN to help me and I finally transferred money between WF and my other Bank online!!!! I definitely recommend this place and definitely John Connor !!!With all worker who are at home working remotely can tell me who knows their job and who doesn't!

The in branch customer service would not help me with anything they just told me to call the customer service line. They put holds on checks even after the money has been taken from the other parties account. Do not bank with Wells Fargo

I have in the past and still will recommend anyone to this branch because they are always very helpful, but whenever I am in a awkward situation and I need help the manager of this branch name Travis has always answered my questions and helped me out. Thank you very much For your help Travis.
