I was not 100% sure of my suit size. I was able to schedule a fitting at Nordstrom through the Black Tux website the for the same day. It was last minute for a wedding I was attending the following week. The associates at Nordstrom were very friendly and knowledgealble. I received my suit with in 3 days and it was a perfect fit. Thank you Black Tux and Nordstrom. You saved the day!!

I met with Micah today for a suit fitting. He took measurements and helped me get find a good look for my wedding. Very good service and I'd recommend using them. He made sure all my questions were answered, which I appreciate. Can't wait to order my suit and have it arrive!Edit: Just got my suit and tried it on. The sizing is incorrect, so I have to request replacements which is a little inconvenient. Michah put sizing notes in the system to have an inch taken off my pant length and 2.5 inches taken off my jacket sleeve length. Got the suit today and the pants are too long and baggy, plus the jacket sleeve length is too long. I measured the sleeves, like Micah showed me. To no surprise they were 2.5 inches too long. I don't think the warehouse read Micah's notes and just put a standard suit in a box to ship because his tailoring notes were clearly ignored.I'd still recommend getting measured by Micah and talking to him about options. That was a helpful experience. I'm dissatisfied with the product I received, since it's not close to the $400 outfit I ordered.

Had an appointment for an upcoming wedding today, the groom and some of the groomsmen show up for the appointment and we’re told that the associate called in sick and there was nothing that could be done today. No prior calls, no real apology, just sent on our way. Very surprising for Nordstrom right? Pretty sure this won’t be a follow up visit.

I was met by a courteous employee with whom I discussed my needs.He then measured me and obtained sample garments in my size to more truly gauge a true fit for me. Initially some items were too snug to suit me and a larger size was provided which was more to my liking.We reviewed fit of all garments before placing the order. Am looking forward to my future event confident that I will be comfortable and fashionable.

My 20 year old son was attending a junior/senior prom. The process from beginning to end was exceptionally great and I would recommend them. Kudos to the gentleman who had all the patience in the world for the measuring. Oh did I mention my son has autism . He was measured , we paid for everything online the tuxedo arrived within 4 days and everything fit great . I love the return process as well! Everything you need is in the box to return . Easy as 1,2,3

This was an absolute disappointment for anything affiliated with Nordstrom. Went for a fitting to order suits for my wedding. The person brought me clothes without asking my sizes, and shockingly none of them fit. They gave me shoes that were literally disintegrating as I put them on. The shirts were stained and not white anymore, by any means. The jacket they had me try on didn't even have buttons on the front. How am I supposed to be instilled with confidence that you will send me something better than this crap for my wedding? No thank you.

I had an awesome experience today at black tux all because of Bisi. We had postponed our wedding in 2020 due to covid and recently found out that our wedding is moving forward now in 2021. That has left me with little to no time to get fitted for a tux and black tux has pretty much no appointment slots anywhere around the country leading up to my wedding day. Bisi listened to our story and immediately fit us in as a walk in. She was calm, professional, well-mannered, eloquent, and so knowledgeable about everything. She is the perfect person to represent black tux. Thank you to Bisi and Black Tux for helping me out! Get Bisi a raise/promotion!

This is by far the WORST company to work with. My grooms men paid for there suits over two months ago. When it was time for the suits to come in the Groom and best man had no suits. Three of 6 grooms men suits did not fit and one groomsmen didn’t receive half of his suit. I spent three days trying to get ahold of someone and NOTHING. The staff have terrible attitudes. When I finally got ahold of someone the wanted to let me know that they didn’t even have the suit in stock. How do you not have a suit in stock when you take the money from the men. This is crazy i get married in 10 days. I now have to find suits somewhere else. I would never tell anyone to use your service and they need to be shut down

This company needs to be shut down! my groomsmen ordered there suits two months ago. They were suppose to arrive may 8th. The GROOM AND BEST MAN had no suit. three of six groomsmen suits didn't even fit and one had missing pieces. I spent 3 days trying to get ahold of the company and nothing . Finally they called me back to let me know the suits were OUT OF STOCK! Are you joking. I get married in ten days and now have to find 7 suits for these guys. I would never send anyone to the black tux.
