Today I tried to return an item (using my gift receipt) and was told that because I was one day past the 14-day return policy I was out of luck. I couldn't even exchange the item. This seems unnecessarily inflexible, especially in light of the brief return window.

I visited South Moon in Kenilworth to refresh my wardrobe with some updated jeans and some new tops. Reagan was amazing! She suggested some looks that I wouldn't have thought to try. I hadn't visited in awhile. The clothes used to be geared toward a younger market but they expanded their selections for a wider audience. Check it out!!

South moon had been my go to store since I graduated college ~ 8 years ago, and I frequently shopped the DC area stores. This was my first time at a south moon in a couple of years and I thought it would be the perfect place to shop for a beach trip abroad, but I was seriously disappointed. The quality has gone way downhill and the sizing is a joke. I’m a size 30 pants and usually a L in tops, and I used to never have an issue finding clothes and especially swimwear year round, but there was absolutely nothing to pick from and no shorts either. They only seem to cater to the small sized crowd now. The two “large” swimsuit tops I managed to find (cuz there were zero bottoms or one pieces) barely covered my n*pples. You all used to have so many pieces year round for all sizes, what happened? If I wanted to feel ashamed of being a large I’d shop at brightside. Do better south moon

Super cute and decent quality items, but size inclusivity is not there, with no or nearly no XL items every time I come here. Staff is aware and has worked with management, but they say change is slow. My email to management went unanswered.

The store manager is totally involved on the sales floor & very helpful! All of the sale girls are very nice & helpful as well, and I can always find the perfect outfit, with their help, for any occasion!

I went to the Kenilworth South Moon last week and Ms.Hockman was so helpful! She helped me find the perfect date night outfit and was such a pleasure during my shopping experience. COVID conscious store as well!

I had an experience, some years ago, with this company that was horrid. It is too bad to even write down in public. I do fervently hope that they go out of business. They sell junk behind a false front, and the character of the persons in charge is highly questionable. I'll leave it at that.

Absolutely wonderful. We met the manager and she was delightful.
