Was there Tuesday night with a group of 21 others for a dinner meeting. For many it was the first time. Unfortunately they were not prepared even though they knew we were going to be there. There was 1 server assigned who did as best she could to take orders.. She took drink orders and they seemed to come out within 15 minutes (most if not all were soda). Sadly this was the ONLY time a drink order or refill request happened. Water glasses were not refilled at all. No one was ever asked if they wanted another drink. She took our burger orders and instead of all meals coming out at the same time they were staggered and came out 1 at a time.. The first 2 people were waiting while their food sat in front of them and a few of us told them to go ahead and eat so the burgers and fries wouldn't get cold maybe 4 minutes later 1 more dish would arrive, then another a few minutes after. By the time the last person was served about 25 minutes or more elapsed. My burger was OK but the fries were cold.. Others said the same thing. Sad that a high classed joint like this cannot serve food at once or even give the poor server a food runner or busser. Poor management of a group. I expected much more. Never returning regardless of the event.

They have an annual guppy grab where they throw hundreds of goldfish into a chlorine pool and little kids grab them. This is cruel to fish which are able to feel pain (they will most likely die from stress of having they protective slime later destroyed from kids hands and chlorine) and sense fear just as humans. This is a disgusting tradition which should be stopped! Not to mention the parents that need to take home the goldfish the kids have caught and quickly explain why this new pet is dying so soon.

They do an annual guppy grab where they throw hundreds of gold fish into a chlorinated pool and have children grab the fish and take them home. This very cruel to them as the physical and chemical stresses will likely lead to a slow death for them (fish by the way are able to sense fear and pain and no loving creature should be subject to this).

We had a wedding here in 2019. At first we were a little skeptical because they seemed a little too chill when discussing details. It was our first wedding but their 1,000th. They had everything under control and the night went perfectly. Thanks to Mike and the staff for a job well done. This place is also one of the cheaper wedding reception venues in the area and I'm not sure why because you get the whole place to yourself for as long as you want. Plus there's a bowling alley at your wedding.

Leaving Elkridge Club for this club was a bad decision on our part. Management is unorganized and unprofessional. Buyer beware.
