Very unprofessional!! You can NOT get in touch with them if you tried. They do not answer their store phone, very rude, and put on hold and then hung up on!! I will NEVER be shopping here again!!

Limited sneaker selection at this store unless you win raffles. Staff is not very helpful either outside of maybe 1 or 2 employees I might catch in there.

This location desperately needs mature management. Went recently and had the worst experience when a customer cut the line and the cashier did and said nothing when myself and other waiting customers complained. He didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation. No way I would shop at a store with no guidance. Terrible customer service.

The manager was absolutely terrible i wish i could summit a negative -⭐️ . They offer Klarna never use it in store before ask could she guide through the prompts, she oh i dont know and kept playing on her phone ...customer svc poor as hell ? ? ? ? Ordered shoes. Two days later says canceled because out of stock. This company is old and should just be canceled. I will never even attempt to buy shoes from them again. They violated my trust.
